Can anyone recomend a case for the seideo extended battery.
The cover the battery came with is kind of flimsy.

I bought the laza case for my evo and it fits fine. The only thing i didnt like about it is that its a pain to get out of my pocket because of the material the case is made out of.
I used it for about a month and got tired of it. Its black, i you want it i will sell it to you for cheap.

I saw this case on ebay, do you like the case except the button access?

It works fine now--the one from moretalktime...under $10 with shipping.

I just found these while doing a little searching. I don't need one, as I carry the Thunderbolt with extended battery in a leather holster, but I know some of you are looking for these. Gotta look a lot better than a cut up case
The bad news is that as of right now they are out of stock, so it looks like they get bought up pretty quick. Here's a link if you want to check them out. They come in different colors, too.
Thanks so much dude I've been looking everywhere for one

Wish they had a hard snap one but I order the light blue
Wow. $25 is a little steep for a silicone cover! Guess they kinda have the market cornered right now though. I wish Otterbox would make the defender series case for this phone.

Yeah its really just a silicone cover cut nicely, I could do it but it would look hella ugly :/

They sell a batter slash cover combo for under $50
Thunderbolted this reply via xda app yo!
Guys, don't waste your money on these cases, if you want one, go on ebay or amazon and get the same case for $5.00 or less and cut out the extended battery portion.
Wonder if they will be making the hard case as well with the cut-out like they did with this silicone case. Would almost make me buy the extended battery if they make the identical Verizon case that I bought for the phone without the extended battery.
It would be really cool if someone from here could just open a small ebay business of selling extended batter silicone cases. They could just buy bulk from ebay and mod the cases and resell them for a decent profit (not $25 please). I know I'd buy one.
Just cut it yourself. Save 20 bucks

Just wondering how people plan to cut their own cases for the extended battery, I'm sure not all of us have a dremel tool handy... Maybe use scissors? Box cutter with a fresh blade?

Just box cuttered my Verizon holster case. It'll do for now until the real deal hits. Extended battery is worth the hassle.
Blundered from my Dunderbolt
regular battery in extended cover
does anyone know if you can still use the old small battery with the larger cover incase your extended battery runs out?
Use an Exacto knife to cut the case.
Anyone recieve their case yet?? Just wondering if the case is thicker than the stock silicone that comes with the Verizon cover
Fresh razor.

Anyone know if a case with belt clip is available for an s3 with the Hyperion battery and back plate? I wear scrubs at work and don't have pockets so I am looking for a solution!
Thats always the problem with extended batteries.. hardly any cases for people who need them..the only thing suitable is the seidio extended battery and holster.. but thats gonna cost ya,, lol
There was a post and a photo somewhere in the cases section that the belt holster from seidio active does a good job with the extended case from hyperion

I have the 4500 mah battery and door from accessory swamp. Actually I think the door is the same as the hyperion. I bought the honeycomb tpu case for the hyperion and it fits. Anyway I bought the seidio extended holster and it works fine with or without the tpu case on the extended battery cover. I use it naked. I'll post some pics tomorrow if I get time. Feels pretty solid, maybe a little play side to side but nothing to worry about.

I currently have a qcell extended battery and their tpu case but I'm looking for something with a bit more drop protection. Should I get the Hyperion tpu case or stick with the qcell one. Or do you have any other suggestions for cases?
I would hack open my otterbox but I don't have the right tools for that.

If you get the seidio back plate you can get this http://www.seidioonline.com/samsung...extended-case-holster-p/bd2-hk3ssgs3xk-bk.htm

ACTIVE® Extended with Metal Kickstand f
ita amazing fit with Hyperion 4200
MSRP: US$34.95
Product Code: CSK3SSGS3XK-BK
Are there any 3rd party back plates that work with the active case? Don't want to pay $15 for that then another $35 for the case at that point I'll just try to crack open my otter box and risk cracking it.

I have only seen two kinds of extended doors; the Seidio and the Hyperion/Q Cell ones. The extended Active case only works with the Seidio back plate.

I am looking to purchase a new case for Hyperion battery, since I do not like the silicone case for it.
If you are using and know of any other cases then please share

I doubt anyone but Hyperion made a case that fits around their battery. Personally I'd ditch the hideous looking Hyperion door and pick up the official Samsung 3000mAh battery kit and a Diztronic Extended Battery Case, assuming you want a thin device with 50% more juice I never understand why third parties have to make such ugly doors for their batteries.

Check Amazon, I searched the other day and I believe there were at least two cases that claim to fit hyperions battery.

I purchased the trident electra because it has an extra Batt on board. Unfortunately, this coupled with stock oem battery wasn't enough. So i modded the case to fit both the trident batt and the HyPerion. I think the case is big enough to hold the zero lemon, which is what I'm going to eventually put in. Also, it only took about 10 minutes with a razor knife and straight edge.
I like that it doesnt look like a sled, or boat. Don't get me wrong is still Big.
