Custom font switcher issue.

Keeps telling me I don't have su biniaries install. Its done it on ever EG22 rom. Any fixes?

I have had this issue before... It does that when busybox is not installed in its default location. I know busybox can be installed in different locations on the phone like sbin or xbin. This if your issue! i fixed it by using busybox installer and installing it in the location the app expects it to be located... Hope I didn't confuse u lol

No I know what you are talking about can I manually place busybox box with root explorer?

Ive never tried to copy and paste it that way. I'd just install "busybox installer" from the market, change the location, and give it a try then

Deskclock app

I'm running ICS 4.0.1 and it has "com.android.deskclock-2.0.3.apk" and i would like to run "com.android.deskclock-2.0.2.apk" which can launch an app for an alarm. Any ideas... I have both apps just dont know why or what i have to do to get it to work.

Idk if it is because its ics or I just need to push it with adb... It just wouldn't install thru file explorer.

using a file manager(i use root explorer)go to /data/app. this is where all market and side loaded apks are installed. long press the app you wish to move and when menu pops up select move. then back out(do not back out of manager) and goto /system/app and paste here. restart. i like to fix permisions when i restart but may not be neccesary.

Xda app shortcut not working?

Okay this has never happened before my xda app shortcut no longer works the only way I can open it is in the google search bar? I tried to uninstall and then reinstall but it keeps saying uninstall unsuccessful. I tried deleting with root explorer but when I reboot the app is still there what's goin on haha?

Out of curiosity do you have a themed XDA app? Make sure you click the top right tab in root explorer to make system r/w to delete files.

And what launcher are you using? Sometimes when I update the app go launcher ex stops recognizing my short cuts and I have to put the updated app in its place.

Launcherpro plus (nonpirated ) haha I gried restarting it several times and nothing I think I'm gunna try fixing permissions next maybe my root explorers permission got a little funky?

Supersu disapeared in app draw

Hello again I think this is a problem I recently like 2 hours ago I installed a new ROM and when it was all done everything is fine but the supersu app is not showing up in the app draw its in the phone I still have root and still ask how long you want the app to have root and its in my apps in Google play but not the app draw on the ROM is this a problem?

I wouldn't worry. I don't have one either and I'm rooted and running the latest cyanogen nightly.

I think the superuser app disappears when you wipe cache and dalvik cache. You still have root but the app disappears.
