OK so good on you for making the video. But wouldn't it have been just as easy to do a quick write up on the steps in stead of filming a video....that you can't see what your doing anyway....then have to go back and edit the description of the video to list the steps? Seems a bit much to me....

Ha its one thing reading it but its another thing seeing it as well. If I were to just explain it I would have liked to have have screens of the process as well because the visual clarification is always nice for first time rom flashers hence the video...god didn't realise I would encounter this much heat ...hope to god this community isn't changing into a more apple orientated user base. Its intended to help not be analysed to this degree...does it misinform people, no, does it do what it states, yes. As you can see from peoples comments already that it has helped a few users and started them on their journey. That's all I want to say about this

Dunno about restore but fastboot oem unlock works to unlock the bootloader.
So fastboot mode is vol up + vol down + power
Download mode is vol down + power
What's recovery mode?

I'd like to clarify a few things here.
first...everyone is free to repost, modify all my work in XDA. I'm not taking credits to any of them.
second...this mod original name is megabassbeat created by dehumanized. I have asked him to port it to galaxy y and modify some part of it. you can find my thread here. it contain the the link for the files and more details like how it works and how to modify it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1646406 OP doesn't do anything except rename the filename then claim this mod as his work. everything inside it is exactly same with mine.
well...as I've said, everyone is free to modify my work. they don't need my permission if they want to modify it. I don't care if he doesn't mention my name or put the original link in their post after they modify it. nevertheless, in this case OP is basicly steal my work then claim it as his work. I'm afraid it is his second attempt to steal someone's work and he has warned before.

Yes, a few people have already gotten it in the ICS update thread. I myself decided to manually update it through qbking77's guide for my father. Playing around with it a bit, nothing new, since I've been running The Blu Kuban for a while now, but my dad's ecstatic. Btw, if you want the stock ICS feel, use Sprint ID and choose the original.

taking that as a yes.
Any help is welcome as I don't own this device, uploading progress so far and I'll add a link to this post. Fixing bugs once a day with the help of @Konner920 who was generous enough to help test the bugs/fixes
This is ALPHA
No download link for the time being
Current bugs; Booting. Phone. Data. Cellular reception. Storage. Audio. Camera.
Download: Will be available once all the above bugs are cleared.
(Don't worry, the softkeys are gone, you can enable and disable them with a command in the build.prop at your own leisure)
Download
We're done on this, tester is unable to continue and my schedule conflicts with development.
Bugs can be found on that thread, etc.
Feel free to fix and use for your own roms.
Also this will NOT be called Lemdroid I just recycled the build.prop from my first attempt at porting this and couldn't be stuffed changing it yet. so feel free to change it.
