How can I Map MY PHOTOS to STORAGE CARD

Developers Team,
I would like to know, since i don't have too much room in the HTC memory, how can i point or map the path to the storage card on my HTC HOME SCREEN.
If I click on MY PHOTOS, this goes to /my documents/my pictures.
I want to map to storage card/ my documents/ my pictures.
I really appreciate this solution!
Thanks!

Ive tried this time and time again, and nothing seems to work
The only "band-aid fix" for this is to create a folder in your storage card's root directory called "pictures" (not my pictures, just pictures) then place all of your pics in that folder and you will be able to see, and access them via sliging panel homescreen

but his chome.dll file shows ALL images from your storage card. Not just the ones that are in my pictures. So every image file in every folder (including image files in temporary internet files). So the end result is that the photos you want to look at get lost in the mix with the other image files on your storage card
thats true...

pics lost while moving folder with Root Explorer

Hi all,
I make some pics with my camera, than I moved using root explore (select all and than move) from DCIMto another folder that I created.
Here ok, but the problem is that I did more pics with the camera and had the same name as the previous.....I didn't recognize and I paste all the new pics in the same folder that I created before....the app replaced all the oldest pics with the new ones, and I can't find in the folder all the pics together.....
I think that the pics are been replaced as they have the same name...
Could you please help how to find the files? I can only see the last pics!
Many thank
Ps: no message from the app to confirm to replace the files after I paste!
If the pictures have been overwritten then you may be out of luck. Download Recuva and do a full scan of your SDCard if it finds them you may be able to recover them.
Similiar thing happenned to me and I lost 1500 pictures. After hours of searching for the right program I recovered over 1000 off them back using a program called Recover It or something like that. Recover it should be a free program is I'm not mistaken.
Thank-you All for your idea....I record the photo using card recovery.
The pics have a small resolution (800x470) but are perfectly good...
Thank for your support

Copy pictures to external USB

I can connect my USB and copy files to the phone. But I cannot work out how I can copy my picture files to the USB.
I have the correct USB connector and use File Commander app. I have read various Web comments but admit confusion.
Appreciate someone 'walking me' through the process.
Thanks
Any possibility of some help with this please.
Cheers Ron

Not sure what you're missing but pictures are on SD Card in DCIM Folder. Admittedly not clearly labeled but that is where they're stored. If still no luck, please provide details on your process so others can help you.
Your request has little information so is difficult to provide guidance.
Thanks for response. I know know where the pics are stored, can copy but how to find and then paste to the USB?
My process difficult to describe since I don't have one beyond this stage.

Progress has been made. Once you copy the photo files from SD card, navigate through computer file browser to find USB drive and paste.
Or is the issue that you can't find USB drive in computer file system? If this is the case, I'm afraid I don't have any other ideas, except maybe remove and reinsert USB or perhaps open second file browser window/tab for phone and computer.
After copy could be I am not searching correctly to find USB connected to my tablet. Don't have it handy just now but will advise if I solve, or not!
