I've used this script many times so I'm pretty familiar with. My rom is Synergy non-godemode and I went to run this script and it says my launcher is locked in memory and I need to uncheck/disable lock in memory but I can't figure out how to do so. The way I understand it is that the script will run right when you disable lock home in memory. Anyone know how to disable it?

Nevermind I disabled it by going into the build.prop putting a "#" symbol before the "ro.HOME_APP_ADJ=1" then rebooting my phone.

I like MIUI, I really do, but it seems I just cannot keep it from lagging my phone to death. I have tried different kernels and setcpu to no avail.
I really love the launcher and the way notifications drop down from the status bar instead of popping up in a box.
Is there any way I can move this functionality over to CM7? Or maybe there is some way to duplicate it?
Thanks all.

Try looking into vipermod and v6 supercharger. I run both on my evo and it doesn't lag at all.

Try installing V6 Supercharger (I use the second MegaRAM option, but all should work). If you make the launcher bulletproof or even just HTK, you should never encounter that again.
As the title says when I'm in my text app or app drawer, anything I get that screen and sense reloads. How do I make it stop? It's driving me nuts! I'm also on MikG v2.5.
Thanks

Have you wiped cach and dalvic?
Thats where I'd start.
Tried that didn't work.
Check settings in Spare parts. I think it is labeled activity process managment. Set it to normal, not aggressive.

Hey thanks. I did that earlier and it worked. I always set it to aggressive on my epic so I figuredi could get away with it on the evo.
I would use the v6 supercharger script. That should take care of the reload problem. Plus running apps2sd in a partitioned setup should help.

Yea when I was having this problem real bad I tried the setting in spare parts, only worked for about 2 days. The fix that finally worked for good was running the V6 supercharger script and setting the launcher "hard to kill". Now I haven't had a sense reload in over two weeks.
Hello all, I am new to the world of rooting and roming with my Incredible. I have tried a couple of ROMs, and have decided that I really like Nil's Business Gingersense 3.5. I installed this ROM following the instructions shown on Nils thread, and I really love the Sense 3.5 experience.
One problem I have been having is that periodically, when exiting an app, rather than going to the home screen it will show an HTC screen, and then loading for a few seconds before showing the homescreen. By reading Nil's official thread, I see that someone else had the same problem, and it was suggested that he may be using a task killer that is killing the process. I am not using any task killers, and am having the same problems.
Has anyone else run into this issue, and been able to correct it?
Thanks,
Brennan
I'm on nils 2.0 right now and I'm not getting that problem... Try reinstalling the Rom and if that doesn't work try freeing up some memory in the task killer ... In notifications > quick settings and scroll down till u see "Total memory" and press kill all

I've been having the same issues with my nils 3.5. It seems to happen mostly when i'm backing out of the stock browser. No task killers for me either.

Same problem here. I installed over my stock 2.2 ROM (I reset factory setting and formatted /system). I just did the "clean" wipe on installing the stock 2.3 ROM and then installed the Business Gingersense. I've only been up and running for an hour so I haven't had too much time to test it to see if it helped.
I've tried a number of things, and am still getting the reboots. I uninstalled some apps that run in the background that I don't use much (Google+) and that seems to have helped, but I still have the reboots periodically. I haven't had a chance to wipe, but I am doubtful that will help since I followed Nils instructions to install stock GB and then his rom.

I was getting it too mostly after using the stock browser and handcent. I flashed his latest update and its happening less, I also have only had the lockscreen freeze once on his latest as well.
I have had the same issue, but can't seem to find a rhyme or reason for it. I have tried to track the various scenario's with no luck. I just flashed to the latest of tiny's Kernel and Nil's 2.2 for 3.5. Hopefully that will help.
I had a couple of spontaneous reboots with earlier versions of Nil's 3.5, but when I flashed v2.1 I went through the longer process of flashing the stock OTA first per his installation instructions and it actually seems to have helped! It's been stable and relatively snappy. I installed EXT4ALL and am using the smartass v2 governor with SetCPU.
Look up V6 Supercharger, In the Nil's Gingersence 3.5 development thread. Supercharger worked for me. Haven't had the reloading Problem for a week now.

That's the only solution available for now. The V6 Supercharger Script. You have to bulletproof the launcher with the V6 script

Im trying to install v6 supercharger on my phone.
I downloaded the supercharger starter kit from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=18703418&postcount=5021
I then installed Script Manager from Google Play and then runned the script called 'startmeup.sh' (something like that). I installed everything asked me to install.
So my question is, is that it? Is my phone supercharged now? Or do I have to enable it?
Im on DiXperia 2, doomkernal.
EDIT = I think i missed out something as I dont get options like 'get supercharged! or flush etc'
That's just the supercharger starter kit. You aren't supercharged yet

I downloaded the script file, 'V6_SuperCharger_for_Android-update8.sh.txt' from here;
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=991276
I then runned it using script manager. I then got options for what type of charge I want. I typed in the number 7. (the multitasking one). So am i supercharged now?
ALSO, after doing that and rebooting the phone, whenever i try turn on the wifi, it says error. Do I have to flash the wifi modules again?
I'm not sure about the WiFi modules, but if you run the supercharger script again, it should tell you how much % you are supercharged

I fixed thr the wifi problem.
As for thr percentage supercharge, it doesn't tell me how much im supercharged. I want to supercharge it so that gta vc becomes really smooth and no lags. What option should I put? I put option 9 and oc to 1ghz to 1.3 ghz and it does run smooth when the draw distance is like at 15% and resolution is at approx 75%
