That's Gingerbread with themed framework UI and bunch of fancy animations.
Actually, very annoying animations.
Notification bar is the first thing that gives it away. No need to look further.

Fake
This is GB, if you notice the notification bar its look themed, and at least if anybody have the source code, anyone will work on theming it.
In the video, he only showed music, why? because he putted the music beta 4.0 lol

As of right now we can only speculate. Samsung / Google will have to leak a the rom or when the Galaxy Nexus is released we will have to get a system dump. No one knows.

[Q] Cyanogenmod 8

I know this might be a really stupid question, but did they just skip cyanogenmod 8? All I see are 7 and 9, what is it?
8 was supposed to be honeycomb. But no source code was released for honeycomb. And cyanogenmod only build from source.
So it went strait to 9 basically.
CM8 is honeycomb but since the source was never released, it was skipped
Why was source code for honeycomb never released?

It actually was released when they released ICS, making it useless, and they said it was "not ready"
Because Google was always planning ice cream sandwich. The bridge between phone and tablet. So they just decided to wait until they released ice cream sandwich to release the source.
They knew all of us on xda would try and get honeycomb running on our phones but it wasn't designed for that at all so they held it back.
Google didn't want the code used in handsets as it was somewhat mashed together to get tablet functionalty. They didn't want that early code in the wild until it could be merged properly into the tree

S-Voice APK leak?

Anybody know if there's a leak of the S-Voice app yet? Also any idea if when we do get it on our phones it will work?
I'm guessing it will only work with the newer twiz framework but could just be an app we could get.
It just got announced yesterday...

This is my guess as well. The challanges would be:
Need ICS
Probably need TouchWiz framework (ICS version)
Very likely not enough RAM in Epic to run ICS + TW + voice app
CM9 dev's are working hard to free up 1-2mb RAM at a time, throwing TW on there would likely bring things to a standstill. I think we are reaching the limit of what our phone can handle with AOSP ICS/CM9.
Wouldn't we be able to just modify the S-Voice.apk to make it independent from the TW framework? Kinda like what Tortel did with the stock Sammy Task Manager/Calender/Calculator/etc.?

And Google doesn't have the final say in who has Jelly Bean. I'm sure we'll be able to get JB here, but Google doesn't push OTA updates for our device. Same for most others.

Wondering about new Jellybean Roms?

Hey guys, I've used a couple of roms and am a fan of Euroskank, CM10 and AOKP, but I realize they still have no touchwiz. I was wondering with the official JB release being out for the international s3 and it seems to feature touchwiz as well were there no roms that featured the same(Jellybean and touchwiz)? Let me know guys thanks.

"Euroskank, CM10 and AOKP" are all AOSP ROMs, therefore they don't contain Touchwiz. If you want Touchwiz JB ROM, then you'll have to wait for that from Samsung. BTW, official JB ROM for our phones are not out yet.
Correct, AOSP and AOKP are ROMs based off the Android Open Source Project. HTC and Samsung basically load their own launcher or UI over it. There are usually a few ROMs that come with TW but the devas might be waiting for the official source

Sept for the lack of touchwiz things like smart alert, smart stay, direct call, tilt to zoom, pan to move/browse, shake to update, palm pause, etc. That is the reason that I like touchwiz. It's slightly more functional than vanil. You can put a launcher on touchwiz and look like AOS/KP with the functionality, you lose that functionality though if you go to AOSP and try to look like touchwiz
Too bad the ROMS are full of bugs and do not work right most of the time. I'll wait for a stable update from Samsung.

JB/Key Lime Pie

It's too early to talk Key Lime Pie (Android 5.0), the norm for upgrades on Android phones has always been 1 major upgrade and that's normally it. Considering Galaxy S III is a great device I highly doubt we will see Key Lime Pie and they will save it for Galaxy S IV (or whatever their next Flagship device will be called)

I agree. We dont even have "Official" Jelly Bean. Sure we have leaks but nothing official has been released other than the rollout to some internationals last week.
Let's be more concerned with a working JB and all the probable incrementals that come out afterwards (like ICS 4.0/4.0.3/4.0.4), than about leap-frogging onto the next OS.
