I think your question is not in the good forum ..
In fact, you apply the mod to deodexed framework.jar : it is working well
then you re-odex framework.odex to apply it to odexed rom and it will give you force close. The problem was already present with samsung galaxy S.
Perhaps a bug with dexopt-wrapper ?

Can I use Deodexed mods on a rom that is odexed? ... this one (✰10.11.12✰ ≡ROM≡ D.I.R.T//DigitalKarma v8 REINCARNATION) to be specific.

I think there isn't a script for make this because you can de-odexed a rom with sdk or kitchen

As the title says, I am rooted with a custom recovery, I know that I shouldnt accept the OTA from Tmobile. So how would I go about getting the newest update? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Odex it's how it comes stock. Deodex is the same just easier to theme. If you plan to add on themed or mods use deodexed.

OK been doing some searching and I can not find a definite answer...
I am running on rooted stock 4.1.2 on my S3. Which of course means I am odexed. Is it possible to flash mods to my device that are deodexed? Or would something horrible atrocity occur on my phone that would leave me in tears?
From asking people smarter than I...you should be fine running Deodexed mods on an Odexed rom, but running Odexed mods on a Deodexed rom causes problems.

You could just make a backup of your ODEXED ROM as is, and do what I did and flash the deodexed stock update over the odexed and then have a deodexed rom with all your data. Mine works just fine, but if yours fails, then just restore the nandroid
