[Req]1% battery mod
It would be awesome if someone could make this. It would be even awesomer if it was like the EG22 overscroll/crt/% mod from qbking. Those were great. Thank very much to anyone who does this
P.S. please don't flame me and say "we already have 1% battery mods, learn to search you jerk!" Or something like that because all the ones out are circle mods and they are not my style.

I have no idea what you want. Paul 627g did a 1% that's not a circle a couple of days ago. It's on the front page of themes last I looked.

i think at one point we did have a blackout theme but it went away before i was on this forum. does seem like a good theme to help with battery life

For the swype at least I use this one:

To install use root explorer or my favorite es file manager. Go to the root of your sdcard then /system/app and rename Swype.apk to swype.apk (all lower case) then unzip the metamorph and apply.

I asked a while back to make a port of that theme (its been ported to death to almost every device) and someone mentioned it was gonna look into it... been waiting but I guess themers are waiting for Gingerbread.
I ported this to DI18 if I remember correctly, all someone would need to do is the smali edit for the clock color and then replace images and it should be good. I stopped updating it due to lack of interest, maybe someone else could step in and take over. Pm me if interested and I can get you my work dir.

Precisely. The grunt work of resizing and redoing the .9's is completed (which in my opinion is the most tedious and difficult part for beginners), and I would be more than happy to help someone with the steps to port this.

Lmao, ya smali is quite the pain and it's especially hard to pinpoint where the code is, but I have a handy link I'll post here in a minute describing how to do it.

Seriously? About 6 threads down from this is a thread by Hatman that has Skyraider 4.3 theme in the title. Did you even look before starting this thread?
Umm... Yea, didn't like those themes so was hoping this thread would generate different themes.

Its not that easy to make themes buddy... it takes a long time of hard editing and that's shy they are only simple colors unless a lot of people request something

Ain't everyone? Lols, but yeah someone please make a Steelers theme! I've tried everywhere. Even put a synergy rom on because they have a Steelers theme you can flash, but was too buggie, nice looking but I like the skyraider roms myself.

There is a battery mod out already that is pretty good. Changes battery indicator in task bar to a circle and gives % left inside the circle.
More to follow I am sure.

but chill a bit, it's only been day 1 of the official rooting.
3 days since we got source
and just 7 days since the phone was officially available to the public
having a SGS2 that is totally different from the rest of the SGS2 family, i think we are doing pretty good against the odds no?

You all know i am here for you, from answering questions to porting themes to doing one off touches per requests... And don't get me wrong, i am more then happy to help out and do what i can for everyone... On the other hand, id like to make time to do my own work... I cant do that if i am always flashing roms to port themes to flash back to mod another theme, to flash another rom to update another theme because said rom updated... Circle of life, i am just going to end up chasing my tail here...
Thank you ALL for your support, as a lone themer its nice to have the community backing... I am part of teamkang, but i theme alone as the other members run the Nexus... Its awesome for them, and maybe one day when Samsung shows us love and source we can run AOKP... For now, i am happy to be here for everyone...
I will continue to support my ports for everyone, even if it cuts into the time i have to theme for myself, and you... I just wont be adding any new ports without real backing... And i mean serious requests... Not 1 or 2...
I hope everyone understands where i am coming from, in now way do i have an intent of stepping on anyones toes, or making anyone feel bad... Just need to get some direction, that all...

But I would like to have the wi-fi icon from AOSP and have the signal bars match the blue from your sensation 3 theme for Darkside and when not connected to google servers be the color they are now when connected to the google servers.
