Hi!
I'm truly sorry if this is a re-post, but I didn't found any post similar to this.
I've found a way to fully customize my Trophy colours tweaking the registry. You can change your background colour, text, keyboard, etc... To do this just open a Registry editor and go to: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ControlPanel\Themes\1] (That "1" is for Dark theme), then change the colour values like you want!
This is what you are able to mod: BaseThemeColor; ChromeColor; ContrastColor; KeyPadBackground; ListPickerBackground; ListPickerBackgroundPressed; PageBackgroundColor; ProgressBarBackground; ProgressBarDisabledBackground and SysTrayBackgroundColor amoung all texts colours.
I advise you to somehow backup the colour codes you're about to change!
Hope you enjoy it, now start to personalize your WP7!!
P.S: Need to restart to apply!

It's still a system wide change you are changing the 'Light' SYSTEM theme to a 'custom' color.
I honestly haven´t saw it before posting mine, I have searched it now that you mentioned. As I said: "I'm truly sorry if this is a re-post, but I didn't found any post similar to this." So if the user decides that I am using his work let him speak to me, and I will present him my apologies.
However the user in question only shows how to change the email theme, not the full mod.

Sorry, but I really don't know how to do that. I know you can change the text colour, but not the icon colour itself!
To change text colour edit this Registry Keys:
[HKLM\ControlPanel\themes\1\TextNeutralColor]
[HKLM\ControlPanel\themes\1\ListPickerBackgroundPressed]
[HKLM\ControlPanel\themes\1\ContrastColor]

Any idea how to change the keyboard buttons background so that they are black. Sort of the way the email app has a white keyboard with black letters but just the opposite. Check out the screen caps to see where im at....I can't seem to figure out the keyboard button background. It never changes no matter what i do. The same effect applies to the in call screen and dialer. I think all black will work. I dont think I will lose any functionality as far as visibility is concerned. Maybe its one of the registry strings that have an image instead of colour code?
You'll have to look back to about January ,this was covered way back then ,some of it was about changing the email , but the thread itself was covering the change colors theme , but hey the more the merrier , it might be a good idea to post the original values for the dark theme and for the light theme , otherwise people will continually ask you what they are (because they dont copy them down)!
Anyone know if its possible to change the notification bar color ? I have a pretty awesome theme happening here .. but a white bar at the top is killing me .

That one I don't know. I only played with modding the colors so far before I ran into troubles where they conflicted in third party apps. There's this weird thing where first party apps use the registry, and then third party apps mostly use one of two different XAML files for each accent color, but they're not as consistent as to which one they use as the first party apps. I got tired of tweaking both registry files and a dozen XAML files to have my color tweaks carry across system wide and eventually just went back to doing accent colors only
Good luck though with the theming. If you don't get too hung up about the colors not carrying over to third party apps, it's a lot of fun. I had purple and blue for a while, like the Windows 8 demos. It's definitely showy to have a fully tweaked WP7.
For some reason when I change the values in mfg for BaseThemeColor on my quantum it has no effect..
Other strings all work..
Any ideas?

as far as the BaseThemeColor goes , what are you looking for it to change ? I am currently working on typing up what i have found SO FAR that each value changes . I think it would be cool to start a thread with everyones themes and values .
As far as i can tell , the only change i have noticed that BaseThemeColor makes are sort of generic template things . Mine was set to FFFFFF , so when i went into Zune hub , since i had white text as well , i couldnt see any of my song titles because FFFFFF is the generic white setting , so the background images were washed out like it is on the light theme . When i changed it to FF000000 , Zune hub thought it was on the dark theme then , and played very well with my white text . Also changed dialpad .. so pretty much system apps look at that to know how to behave . I would only use FFFFFFFF / FF000000

I want the background on my home screen changed.
I want it to be blue like #FF0000FF
No matter what I do they stay black and white:/
for background color .. you want PageBackgroundColor

can anyone help me? I'd like to use a bright background image for my home tab and then can't see anymore the next calendar tasks and the call history or the date cause their color is bright, too. Can anyone explain me how to change that, or even better, send me the canged file?!
I guess it's manila 1c684cd8_manila, but I don't find the correct line and numbers to change that colors.

You can use RC mod to change the color of the today screen text and various other bars on your phone. I think it should give you what your looking for. I'm not sure if it works on the manila roms. I haven't tried it on those yet.

I installed it. Actually it is made for WM5 but it works. The only problem that I have is, I don´t know all the meanings behind. Like MSBackground, Taskcolor, Windowsframe and and and.
There are many many possibilitys.
U are not in danger if you install it. Uninstall it no problem.
Syscolor changer and WM5color changer. Also PTExplorer and Tdyscheme changer

I've installed it and I've managed to change about every color, exept the one I wanted to change. Finally, I really messed up colors trying to change the color of Today font. So, which option it is for today's color font?
I have my doubts, anyway, because I've search around with no answer to this question. I doubt that is such simple.

It is a custom pack.... and it addresses some things that should have been done in the first place In my opinion...

Hopefully you will see, the changes I have made, you can only see as they are pointed out.. but only when put against a stock version will it really show!
As a good tester... bring your HD up with the same page as you are looking at as my pics... then look at changes,, subtle... but better
Right.. Here are the first 2 cabs.
As with everything in TF3D.. turn off TF3D.. and copy/backup all your _manila files from \Windows to your PC. This way.. you always have a return/system restore point.

First of all, great job.. I've kind of come to expect this level of work in your releases. Looks simply fantastic!
Now, here's my suggestion: can you provide the option for users to set their own wallpaper before installation - and keep it across all tabs? What I mean - the upcoming .cab would take the Today's wallpaper and, upon installation, set it as the default for all tabs.
Or - a little variant - in case that a single 800x480 .png file is present in the installation cab's folder, take it and set it as a wallpaper across all tabs.
That would allow for some level of personal touch...

Indeed a couple of cabs, for example, I would like to have all these changes, except the coloured top icon bar and the background.
For me it would be difficult to change back to original background in all tabs.
Furthermore, the orange theme is really really nice.
You say that this theme will have an option to change colour, does that work ok?
One last thing: in the "orange" theme, did you color it all? For example, also the volume up color, loading bars, etc etc?

The ability to embed the background from a pic.. is something i cannot do.
There is nothing stopping someone else writing a prog to do this though...
simpley write the header to a _manila file.. read in the pic... write it into the new _manila and then write in the footer and save the _manila to the right name into the \windows dir.
Would take some coding.. but i'm sure some guys here can do it.
The only thing i can do is make the 2 packs.. and have them so you install the
Core pack with all transparancy and tidy ups..
colour pack - orange / purple / Xperia.
This would be the easiest way..
otherwise you will get
top bar
bottom bar
message icon
mail icon
phone icons comm manager
phone icons settings..
and so on... it would be a real long winded thing to do.
let alone the inability to support all these things
I could create the colour packs (which do colour the volume and progs like mp3 trimmer.. and the highlight bars...) without the background change.. so if you have your own bg files.. they will remain.
i will however put in the new fix i made for the bg Strip problem.
(93 downloads.. so i guess ppl needed it)
(i am working on how to set highlight colours to match in explorer.. I have them done. but i need an easier way)
I am also making the dialer that matches.. so a thin orange shadow behind each button... on a black bg

It just looks so ... stock.

No. ALS.. Here in the UK.. old customers could have 2 telephone lines/contrcts/numbers on 1 sim.

No longer available.. but those of us still got it.. we can keep it. simply press # to switch lines for outgoing calls.
incoming calls come through on both regardless of which is selected.

It isn't a real theme. I have make some changes so as we have better looking
at our backgrounds. You can use it with all your wallpapers.
When we have the same background at all the Tabs, there is a problem if we use colored wallpapers or photos.
The problem has to make with the icons because they are black and look very bad.
I found a very simple solution for that. I made 50% transparent all the icons so as they look little darker than the color which has our background.
You can use it with any background color, dark or light.
Maybe later I make them real crystal, but need a lot work and I have not so match time these days.

very nice! does this include the font used for the titles (e.g., Weather)? if not, what is the font name and how does one install to their device? also, when you press one of the transparent icons (like the call mobile button on the people page) does it change so you know it's been pressed? thanks!

works & looks very nice on my device! i like the way they're in the background. in case you plan to refine, i'd like to share with you my observations for the people page: there are some people icons that aren't transparent depending upon the type of numbers (mobile, home) and the number of contact items (e.g., mobile, email, home). for example, if a person has only a mobile number, manila uses different (larger) icons for the mobile and text icons. neither icon is transparent. also if a person has a mobile, home and work number, and an email address, the work number icon is not transparent, but the others are transparent. hope this helps! your time, effort and contributions are very much appreciated!

Yes there is problem. It happens because I made my tests with a contact which has 4 icons (mobile-home-sms-mail). I will fix it right now and I 'll give new CAB

I am sorry but I am not sure if I understand you well.
Like I write at the first post it isn't a real theme.
Just I made the icons which there are on every TAB to be transparent so as every wallpaper you use, looks better because original icons have black background around them. (You must use the same wallpaper for all Tabs. If your wallpaper it is black you don't need to install this cab). But if you use a photo like a background, you need the transparency.
For example I changed to tranparency at Music Tab, the 4 icons play, pause, preview song, next song. The same I made for all the Tabs.
I don't know if I answer at your questions.

Hey people, currently had a problem with trying to find out colour codes for adw. for changing the app drawer background. i wanted a semi transparent blue. and i found out how to do it and thought i would share with everyone 2 sites which show you all the colours with their codes for you to do this. the first link will be to the colours and the second link will be to where it shows you how to make them transparent/semi transparent.

these aren't just for ADW.
these are the usual Hexadecimal color codes (R, G, B, A) channels converted into HEX.
and these aren't all colors.
there are about 1'681'375 different HEX colors. ( alpha channel not included)

either way is it not right to say that if anyone wants to play with the colours of their app drawer background they have a big selection of colours to choose from and be able to play with the transparent levels? its something myself have always wanted to know. something clear and simple for me to work from and i thought i would share it with people cause i havent seen a thread like this before

@Sai Chrisna, I can tell you truly (nothing personal): if these icons was built in original WP UI, I'll never buy that "colorful" junk
Colored icons actually adds nothing to UI, but color scheme you've used looks really ugly.

Yea i know, i'm really bad at adding proper colors and that was also one of the reasons i shared the file here,
That was just a test file and we can always change colors
And i don't know why you didn't like it but all my friends liked it when i showed them

On interop unlocked phone with full file system access,
* Paste the ttf file in windows \fonts
* Edit the following path HKLM\software\microsoft\windows NT\current version\fonts
Key = Segoe MDL2 Assets
Value = segmdl2_test.ttf

Maybe 'cause I have a "sense of style"? You know, the really good icons (or any miniatures) creation requires a lot of stuff; you can't just colorize vector graphics and get a good result.
From my point of view, one of a great advantages of the "Metro UI" is a simplicity and brevity, and colors are not a part of the whole idea.
As for your friends: all people are different (and it's good of course!), many young guys are using naked gals pics or "Pokemon" themes for their handsets but I'm not of this kind :laugh:

If you haven't observed.,
I did not just add colors, i re-edited almost all the main icons, except for the "apps" icon that recently appeared on creators update.
I understand you've got that same old sense of style as Microsoft., No offense, but what's wrong? why don't you keep calm if you are not interested...
There are some people like me who use "third party themes & icons" on desktop and want to apply the same concept here on phone.
Don't post your personal opinions and discourage people who are interested in doing something cool.

they are good looking icons even if not your style. have you produced any? lately?
@esgibtnur1, they aren't good: bunch of different styles, bad color gamma, not relevant images (to icon's meaning).
As for "have you produced any?": I'm not an artist (but I have a good sense of style) but one of my app tiles ("Voice Translator") was selected by Microsoft to appear on the gift card.
