Rebooting

I'm sure its on here somewhere but my Evo 4g keeps rebooting its self what is going on and how do I fix ...its unrooted

I believe you have an app causing your trouble if you are unrooted and stock. Get rid of all recent apps and try it. If still a no go do a factory reset.
Of course you could do like alot of us have and root, flash a better ROM, and never look back.

I was scared at one point and finally did it and look at me now a well respected member

If you want to be assured of a successful root, try jumping on IRC and hitting up #htc-evo on freenode.
The day I got mine, they talked me right through it, which sucked because I had to root in Linux.

There are threads in the development section that tell you step by step. Also a rom I recommend for starters is mikg and classic

Man I been trying for the last hour can't get my laptop to read me debugging

well my heart is here where i cut my teeth on the hardcore part of android! so it always about the best phone ive owned... the sensation is a lot different, but the chance to learn is way better!!! great devs, because it is an international device.

m-deejay dropped a port for the sensation this morning in his virtuous s4x thread on pg 116
its in alpha for now

I am glad we still have devs working on MT4G as all I know what to do is flash lol.

Hey I'd like to request Pacman v18.0. 18 contains pa 2.55 and aokp M1 and cm10 k-3.
The latest update on pacman for the one v was over a month ago.
I attempted this for a personal project using evervolv as a base, but I'm not really sure what I did wrong.
If anyone would like to do this, I'd really appreciate it!

Looks like somebody has Pacman fever!!!! LOL!!!! I would love to see a Pacman with full sense but I don't have the time to develop due to taking care of my sick mother.
Also what would be really cool would be a boot animation with Pacman eating them ghosties up after having his good ole power pill. If somebody would be interested in updating, I would be interested in donating!!!! LOL
Also a dark theme and dark themed apps to help save battery life would be great!!!!

That boot animation idea is cool....I'll try to implement that....u mean the gapps? Inverted? Idk aboutt sense, if some one guides me I'll be able to do it,I got permission from lloir and others to use the base...but still nothing from inyourface

First tell me what is that porting stuff,and what is CM,so i can find what to do,and i promise you it´s gonna have everything inside-AOKP+PA+CM+AOSP+MIUI+SENSE+much more
...oh..and if i put my kernel inside it´s going to be able to fry pop corns trust me.
Now,how do i get those permission stuff and where do i pay for that?

Hi guys, and Korean-version-friends!
I've brought my F180K to Germany and here it is not connecting to UMTS services with my German vodafone SIM. (USIM required say the Software, however as I have a fully working HSUPA with my SIM on other devices, this must be a USIM ... )
Making/recieving calls no problem. Tried to modify apn (I'm with vodafone.de). No help.
Any Idea?

Update your device through ota then it will work.
