Aosp dialer for sense roms

Has anyone managed to get the aosp dialer to work in a sense based rom. I know it was possible on the hero cause both of my roms supported it. I just updated from the hero and miss the dialer.

Im pretty sure I flashed a senselike rom last month that had aosp dialer, I remember a post asking him how he did it.
Ill go back and look for ya.

[Q] screen off animation for 2.3 sense rom?

hey all, i just flashed misfits speedy 4g rom today, this is my first time flashing a GB Sense rom (been on CM7 since January)..Its a 2.3.3 sense 2.1 rom, but it does not have the screen off animation or the glow? anything I can do about that? anything to flash? And also, has anyone got the Sense 3.0 lockscreen to work with this rom? TIA

Nobody's been able to port those animations to sense yet.

Well virus did but on his vb4 bet he will with the one myn and virus are going to release

Been quite a few roms with the crt animations. Last I heard they were going to be in the vi-myn colab as well.

can anyone reach out to these devs to get this as a flashable mod?

Sense Email app on cm7?

hello guys, i was wondering if its possible to get a modded email app of a sense rom to work on cm7 rom? i was using Revolution v4.0 rom and loved the email app on it, now im back on cm7 so need it or something similar. thanks

[Q] Good multilangauge ICS Rom for Desire?

I have just got my hands on an old HTC Desire.. And now I will play with ICS rom's
But....
Is there one ICS rom that is more stable than other=?
Is there a MULTILANGAUGE ICS rom ?
What ROM can you advise me to use ??

I am currently using BCM R4.0, really impressive and smooth !!
From my former tests, the ROM from Sandvold was good also, both him and DK-Zero-Cool are doing great work.

I can confirm what Enendil says - the BCM ROM has almost everything you may need.
All language packs and keyboard layouts from CyanogenMod 9 are available.

Also you can use COS ICS, its stable fast and have the language packs you want, also I never get one bsod with this rom.

There's only 1. And that's shaky153's Sense 4.0 Rom. But its in Alpha and loads of stuff don't work yet. Shaky himself said he will work on Kernel 3.0 (Project Y) before continuing development of Sense 4. So if you want Sense and a usable device, best stay on AOSP and switch when the features you need are working on the Rom.

I recommend using the BCM CM9 ICS 4.0 rom
For me its perfect. Its the most stable one and the smoothest one too. USB tether is fixed on this rom and the camera works so does the recorder too but the video playback is crap and to fix this u just use MX Player that has decoding options. Everything else works perfect. All the games are much faster here and almost all the games work just like they work on gb. They are just much faster. For example Hot Pursuit works perfect on this rom and just try the game on a gb rom and see that its slow and cuz of that boring.

ICS 4.0.4 BCM RC4.0U0 GSM/CDMA (Bravo CM9 HWA) by DK_ZeroCool is the best for me. I'm from Ukraine and I haven't any problems with my language in this ROM

it's true, if you want sense on your phone, you better stick with android 2.x.
but you should give ICS a try, because i was just like you and wanted to keep my stock sense UI, but i'm super glad to have changed to 4.0.4.
i use sandvolds ICS, and it's very stable. only thing that's missing is video recording. but i'm okay with that.
well, just try for yourself and you will find out what's best for you

[Q] Which CM is best for Evo?

I am pretty noobin to all of this.
I see people talking about CM10 but I can't even find a download link to CM10, seems all I can find is CM7. I found a CM9 and put it on and it worked pretty good but had no camera and adding a camera app would tell me camera not connected.
I guess Im wondering
A) is there a simple fix to the camera thing on CM9?
B) Should I be using CM7? Is this the best rom for it?
C) I installed CM9 with the S-On because I was finding everything pretty complicated and it seemed to install CM9 fine. Is this ok for someone who isnt going to update a ton?

Use cm7 if you want or need ffc, 4G, or wimax. No other cm has them working.

Definitely CM 7.x. If you like CyanogenMod, check out Deck's Reloaded by Jamieg71. I ran it on my OG EVO prior to moving on to the EVO LTE:thumbup:
