Diggin this, thanks. Looks very nice on the GN screen.
If anyone doesn't want to flash this thru CWM just pull the bootanimation.zip out of the CWM zip and copy/paste it with root explorer into your \system\media and its good to go. (4.0.3) I re-named my stock boot bootanimation.zipBAK so it was there in case of a problem.

I've been playing with it since I found it on the S3 forum earlier on Slim ICS and it works but if you exit and then go back into it you get S-Voice is not responding. If you clear data it's all good to go again so it's fun to play with. It'll probably work better on Samsung ROM's but was surprised when I managed to use it to call home and was going to text my mum as a test.

It probably has some missing dependencies which is why it isn't speaking responses. I don't have the issue with taking too long between commands but as I said in my first post, it doesn't like being closed and opened again for a second time on mine.

How to change you lock ring on Sense 2.1
Before you start:
*Use Root Explorer to copy HTCLockscreen.apk from /system/app/
*Download apk manager from here: click me
1. Extract apk manager to your desktop
2. Place HTCLockscreen.apk under "place-apk-here-for-modding"
3. Launch Script.bat
4. Select 22 (Set current project)
5. Select 1 (HTCLockscreen.apk)
6. Now select Extract Apk (1)
7. Go back to the apk manager folder and go int the project folder
8. Now you will see a folder called "HTCLockScreen"
9. Open it and go into /res/drawable-mdpi/
10. Look for "lockscreen_ring.png"
11. Now you can change the color, add words, shape, etc. Remember to keep its resolution to 160x161.
12. After editing your ring, go back into the apk manager script and select option 3 (Zip apk)
13. Now select 1 since it is a system apk
14. Now go back into "place-apk-here-for-modding" and you will find "unsignedHTCLockScreen.apk".
15. Now use Root Explorer to Move and Replace HTCLockScreeen.apk to /system/app/
16. Reboot and enjoy your new lockring.
The next post will have a set of new ring you can replace with.
To resize them just go to http://www.picresize.com make sure they are 160x161
THANKS TO MOHIT1234 FOR THESE NICE RINGS!!!

Check the permissions of the apk.
Also, check to see you didn't throw a de-odex APK (as described in Post #1) into an odex'ed ROM, without removing the .odex first.
My money's on the permissions (assuming you're using a Sense 2.1 ROM, as you say).

Strange. Probably we have different flashing archives, cause I didn't delete AOSP keyboard. After the L keyboard flashing I simply chose it as a default disabling AOSP one in settings.
Is root required? If it is, I'll just root this baby but figured I'd ask anyway haha

This archive is meant to be flashed via CWM or TWRP recovery. Not the stock one. I guess you can search the web for genuine .apk and try installing it as a usual app.
