Modded MIUI ROM? - Verizon Droid Incredible 2

I know that on the original Dinc there were a few modded verisons of MIUI. Is anyone working on anything like this for the Dinc2? I'm extremely interested in the prospect.

I never heard of missed versions...even on the dinc which I had for a year

I'm wondering how hard it would be to port a galnet ROM. I wanna know also some of the extra stuff they put in it.

[Q] Most ROMS?

A question of curiosity, does the Droid Incredible have the most ROMs? If it doesn't which phone does?
I don't think so. I know the Evo has us beat.

The OG Desire is doing pretty good they actually have a sensation port and we dont.......can't wait till our gingersense ota gets leaked and we can get some good ports up
So, the jist I get from this discussion is that HTC kicks ass at making phones. Yup. I know my Incredible has turned me into an HTC fanboy.
Can't help but suspect that the Droid1 has the most ROMs.

wouldn't the g1 technically be the first "droid"?

Im going to call you on this one. Have you looked at the Android Dev section of the Incredible vs the Thunderbolt? There are 18 devs in Rom Manager alone for the Incredible

OG Droid, first "droid" since Verizon bought the rights to use Droid in advertising for their Android phones.
G1 is the first Android Device.
And of course to answer the OP's original question, I'm going to say either the Nexus One or the G1. Both are known as true developer's phones. I mean, they have Gingerbread running on the G1!
What is the best ROM for the incredible , I am rooting my wifes phone and looking for a good rom. any help would be appreciated....
thanks,

Running GB stock sense and I don't have it. Definitely let my buddy with a tbolt know about it though.

Almost all the devs have taken out the loggers.apk along with the other associated files from their roms for the Dinc, so there really isn't anything to worry about.

My favorite is condemnedsouls sabotage sense.
Sent from my Sabotaged Droid Incredible 2.
My favorite is the ICS one with the full working camera, front/back and camcorder, and that unlocks 4G capabilities. I forgot the name of the Rom.

Well that would be expected. That's how most devs start.

I've never quite thought of a ROM as being "comforting", but my goto is usually CM7 for now.
I like Liquid GB a lot. It isn't as flashy as some of the other Roms I've been running lately, but it's stable, quick, and seems to be very kind to my battery. I always leave a prepared backup of it on my phone in case I'm ever going to be travelling for a couple days. I load it up and all my worries will be abated until I get back home to flash the newest ICS Rom in it's place and deal with all the quirks.
The most comforting to me is Miui. I love when I get a call and the embarrassing hi res fullscreen pictures that I choose comes up of the particular contact.

A new miui rom?

Has anyone heard anything about a psyco-miui rom? I read somewhere that it may be coming to the incredible 2.

Oh....dk, he does call his stuff psyco doesn't he... Maybe that's what that was about. But no, it wasn't the pacman post, I saw that too. It was definitely a conversation about a miui rom.
I would certainly like to see it. An ics miui with working mms and camera and all that, would be sweet.

The current sense based miui is really good. I've enjoyed it. But a lighter aosp based miui would also be awesome.

Dinc2 sense 5 Rom yet?

What's up everybody. I was just curious if anyone knows of someone that is probably working on a Vivow sense 5.0 rpm of any sort for the dinc2?

Here's my prediction...It's not going to happen. We essentially one dev left (shout out chilly!), and he works on AOSP roms.

Agreed. Especially with the way Sense 4 runs already. Nitsuj has done awesome work bringing Viper over to us but he's even said before (heavy paraphrasing ahead) that phones made for Sense 4 slaughter the Inc 2 in comparison. Without any kind of ICS kernel it doesn't look good, as much as it would be super cool to try.
Oh okay then I see now that it will never happen. And well now I got in the meantime until I upgrade, the go launcher and the theme of sense 5.
Sent from my ADR6350 using xda app-developers app
Well now that we have several >90% working jelly bean ROMs, with 3.0 kerne, i would think that MAYBE a sense 5 room could be ported over.
BTW thanks chillbean and preludedrew!
We got a real sense kernel as of today

The question is, does anyone still give a damn?
We care about our phones. They're old though. We have become a throw away get something new society. Chilly has done magic for our phones which is awesome, but falls under every other dev has moved on.
Sent from my Paranoid Incredible 2. At night I watch my phone to make sure it really is Paranoid n not watching me.
Probably never going to happen, torxx put up a post on the team venom fb page with a link to xda explaining that our phone amongst several other wvga devices will not get jb sense let alone sense 5
