Hello users!
I’ve been quite off these days but you know why? Well here you got it; I was working on this beast ROM since before I got the phone so it’s been some days on it. This is the result of long hours of work, short sleep and all the hard things you could think I went thru. It’s not done yet, but it’s something I can call releasable and since I hate releasing ROMs with bugs and half-done you could spec a lot from it. I want to take the time and thank all those who helped me get my SGSII buy donating in a record time. This is here because you guys wanted it here. Because you wanted me to work for you guys. I really hope you all enjoy this baby because I’m very happy with it and I’m enjoying it a lot since the first day, well even Sammydr enjoyed it since TEST3. - Things you should know? -
-The ROM comes with Touchwiz Launcher edited to match the colors of the THEME – Has some animations edits and others as well as some small theme change to make it slightly better. Launcher has 5 Rows.
-I Really broke my back working on this ROM> The theme took a lot of time, all the apps, even the zip align and optimization took me like a day, i haven’t sleep well, haven’t eat well, haven’t even shared time with my girlfriend because i was busy working on the ROM and now she’s mad at me because i lie her all the time telling her I’m going to sleep and it’s to work with no one bothering. You all should appreciate the effort i put into my work, you all should know this is not like counting 1.2.3 and done.
-The boot-time on this ROM after the first boot is less than 15 seconds including the splash screen (WOW), first boot might take around 40 seconds(Duh-first boot)
-This ROM has been tweaked for better network speed and signal also- Thanks to my man Master&Slave i now have over 18-MBPS download speed when here in NY the most i have had was around 4-MBPS on a good day - It’s a big city, lot of users so it’s not as fast as other places where you get around 10-MBPS. About the signal- Where i live, most of the time my 4 signal bars are full, also Wi-Fi works pretty fast, you don’t have to wait for long till it connects.
-By pressing Home and power buttons Or Also By Long pressing power and then choose screenshot, you can take a nice screenshot of the Beast and share it with your friends, or share it with us here on the Thread, Facebook Or Twitter.
-In this ROM, Pretty much all the apps have been edited to look good and match the theme, there are some apps missing to edit like the camera app and some others but they are coming on next release. You may want to report anything that needs to be changed so that it gets changed by me.

- How to check this MD5, CRC32 Or SHA-1 numbers? -
*Get this program here , and install it on your PC, after you done that, you are ready to go, you won't have any icon in the desktop or something like that, to use it, go to the ROM and right click it, then click properties and on top click file hashes and it will load the numbers in a little box, then after done, put any of this 2 numbers i provided in the bar that will be almost at the bottom, then hit compare, if you have a green check you good to go, if not you will have to re-download the ROM and check it again. It’s really needed because if you get a bad download then you will suffer issues with the ROM, also in some cases it won’t even flash so you see how important is to check this numbers. Hope you don’t find it difficult to do and do it.
Place the ROM in your SD card - Not in any folder please
[*]Boot into recovery
Factories reset, plus wipe cache, then Flash the ROM
[*]After the ROM has flashed successfully go to Advanced
There you will wipe dalvik cache and fix permissions, then reboot your phone
[*]After the phone boots leave it without touching it for 10 minutes
After done, Reboot the phone and set it up (Note that is very important to do this)
[*]And last Step- I hope you did what i said or ill

does the theme also change the text messaging application, because i hate the touchwiz text messeging skin, and have to always use 3rd party apps, if it does can someone post a screenshot ?

dammm guys i did to much that i wont write changelog,
this is 2.3.4, netflix works everything works, theme redesigned, apps updated, lots of changes, coudlnt make more for the rom, enjoy, you will probably get a fc on miui music, use other music player instead,
there is also a build.prop error that you will find in settings, not a bug though...
well give it a shot and feedback and you thats stuff. im out to sleep..

*Get this program here , and install it on your PC, after you done that, you are ready to go, you won't have any icon in the desktop or something like that, to use it, go to the ROM and right click it, then click properties and on top click file hashes and it will load the numbers in a little box, then after done, put any of this 2 numbers i provided in the bar that will be almost at the bottom, then hit compare, if you have a green check you good to go, if not you will have to re-download the ROM and check it again. It’s really needed because if you get a bad download then you will suffer issues with the ROM, also in some cases it won’t even flash so you see how important is to check this numbers. Hope you don’t find it difficult to do and do it.
Place the ROM in your SD card - Not in any folder please
[*]Boot into recovery
Factories reset, plus wipe cache, then Flash the ROM
[*]After the ROM has flashed successfully go to Advanced
There you will wipe dalvik cache and fix permissions, then reboot your phone
[*]After the phone boots leave it without touching it for 10 minutes
After done, Reboot the phone and set it up (Note that is very important to do this)

- Things you should know? -
- The ROM comes with Touchwiz Launcher edited to match the colors of the THEME – Has some animations edits and others as well as some small theme change to make it slightly better. Launcher has 5 Rows.
- I Really broke my back working on this ROM. The theme took a lot of time, all the apps, even the zip align and optimization took me like a day, i haven’t sleep well, haven’t eat well, haven’t even shared time with my girlfriend because i was busy working on the ROM and now she’s mad at me because i lie her all the time telling her I’m going to sleep and it’s to work with no one bothering. You all should appreciate the effort i put into my work, you all should know this is not like counting 1.2.3 and done.
- The boot-time on this ROM after the first boot is less than 15 seconds including the splash screen (WOW), first boot might take around 40 seconds(Duh-first boot)
- This ROM has been tweaked for better network speed and signal also- Thanks to my man Master&Slave i now have over 18-MBPS download speed when here in NY the most i have had was around 4-MBPS on a good day - It’s a big city, lot of users so it’s not as fast as other places where you get around 10-MBPS. About the signal- Where i live, most of the time my 4 signal bars are full, also Wi-Fi works pretty fast, you don’t have to wait for long till it connects.
- By pressing Home and power buttons Or Also By Long pressing power and then choose screenshot, you can take a nice screenshot of the Beast and share it with your friends, or share it with us here on the Thread, Facebook Or Twitter.
-In this ROM, Pretty much all the apps have been edited to look good and match the theme, there are some apps missing to edit like the camera app and some others but they are coming on next release. You may want to report anything that needs to be changed so that it gets changed by me.

Idk if you should put it on red I'm having some problems..
I have always flashed without a wipe while on beast mod without any problems. But with this rom my juice defender keeps closing on me, the battery percentage add on does not seem to be working, flashed it twice and no battery percentage on the battery icon
Also the task manager widget has been removed for some reason :/

Things you need to know:
I envisioned this as a greenish ICS/AOSP/TW (hence VeNuM's Consolidated System or V C S). The reason for this is I enjoy all 3, they all have certain parts I like and I'm trying to incorporate them all into a rom for the best pre-ICS rom experience we can have... So I will continue to update this rom with ICS/AOSP/TW elements to attempt to make a rom that is pleasing to the eye's, battery and serviceable to the user... I guess that's my mission statement lol...
Installation Instructions:
You must be running a kernel with CWM.
1) Place the V C S RL4 EL29 rom.zip on your SD card.
2) Power off your phone.
3) Boot into CWM.
4) Perform a wipe Cache, and Dalvik-cache. Now in Mounts and Storage perform format/system. Now wipe data (factory reset). You can also perform Calks wipe all zip if you want but not needed.
5) Select "install zip from file" and navigate to and select the zip.
6) When it finishes flashing, go back and select "reboot system now". The first boot will take a couple minutes. Subsequent boots will be much faster.
Warning: Do NOT restore system data with Titanium Backup. Do NOT restore ALL apps with data. If you absolutely must restore something with Titanium Backup, only restore MISSING apps with data.
The Touchwiz Wallpaper chooser has been removed (so if you try to change your lockscreen wallpaper it will force close. Choose Gallery instead)
TSMparts MAY cause your phone issues... beware...

Thought I'd mention a typo. In the OP it says this ROM is 225gb pretty much right at the end.

In gallery i select a pix and when i hit send via it only gives me an option for bluetooth, gmail, wifi.. NO sms or mms?
No weather widget, was it to cut down the size of the rom or did it cause any issues. Im going to install it and see what happens

beastMOD 4.25 Remastered, rethemed...... BEST ROM EVER
I completed the theming on it (pics are outdated now, flash to see all the changes) that Melvin and M&S missed, such as theming all the icons and adding
ICS widgets (nexus clock, ics analog clock) added ICS boot animation, some TW launcher theming, and ICS themed Samsung keypad. I also did lots more can't remember it all.
If anyone still loves this ROM and wants an updated fully themed version, enjoy this ROM =D

Install instructions (in recovery)
-wipe data\factory reset
-wipe cache, dalvik cache, and battery stats
-(optional) go into mounts/storage and format everything except for SD card.
-install the ROM, fix permissions
-Reboot phone, give ten minutes to settle.
-reboot into recovery, wipe cache and dalvik cache, fix permissions again and reboot (this has to be done to download from the market, a glitch in beastMOD that was never fixed)

Things you should know??
-The ROM comes with Touchwiz Launcher edited to match the colors of the THEME – Has some animations edits and others as well as some small theme change to make it slightly better. Launcher has 5 Rows.
-I Really broke my back working on this ROM> The theme took a lot of time, all the apps, even the zip align and optimization took me like a day, i haven’t sleep well, haven’t eat well, haven’t even shared time with my girlfriend because i was busy working on the ROM and now she’s mad at me because i lie her all the time telling her I’m going to sleep and it’s to work with no one bothering. You all should appreciate the effort i put into my work, you all should know this is not like counting 1.2.3 and done.
-The boot-time on this ROM after the first boot is less than 15 seconds including the splash screen (WOW), first boot might take around 40 seconds(Duh-first boot)
-This ROM has been tweaked for better network speed and signal also- Thanks to my man Master&Slave i now have over 18-MBPS download speed when here in NY the most i have had was around 4-MBPS on a good day - It’s a big city, lot of users so it’s not as fast as other places where you get around 10-MBPS. About the signal- Where i live, most of the time my 4 signal bars are full, also Wi-Fi works pretty fast, you don’t have to wait for long till it connects.
-By pressing Home and power buttons Or Also By Long pressing power and then choose screenshot, you can take a nice screenshot of the Beast and share it with your friends, or share it with us here on the Thread, Facebook Or Twitter.
-In this ROM, Pretty much all the apps have been edited to look good and match the theme, there are some apps missing to edit like the camera app and some others but they are coming on next release. You may want to report anything that needs to be changed so that it gets changed by me.

That sucks man...and its beast mod 4.2 added lots of ICS icons, a keyboard, some ICS wallpapers, ICS Clock widgets, ICS boot animation, updated google search widget (its white now) changed the text bubbles to be cut on the corner instead of just rectangle.and a few others can't remember lol I'll post a link after work for downloading If anyone wants to check it out.left the synergy kernel on cuz the battery life rocks. Dark sides is pretty good

That is not correct, I talked to him a few weeks back on another forum and he said he might get back to the SGSII if he can get the phone again, otherwise he bought another phone, I think it was the Gnexus can't remember.

No it doesn't man, still super smooth. i just modified a lot of the icons because they weren't ICS themed yet. so now almost all stock icons are ICS themed =D i'll add more later as well and update it again.
added ICS themed Samsung keypad
added ICS wallpaper pack
added ICS analog clock
added ICS analog clock (dotted white one)
added a better looking ICS themed google search widget
re themed the MMS app so that the text bubbles are cut on the bottom corner instead of just rectangular.
and of course, added tons of ICS icons.. check it out!
None of my changes will affect stability.. still smooth as hell i've loved this ROM since the day i flashed it lol (it was the first ROM i flashed to this phone) i always come back. even after trying Juggernaut 5.0 and MacnutRevenge.... i still come back to this =D
people may say its placebo, but the XLoud port does wonders on this rom, phone is so much louder.
only thing is that it's still android 2.3.5 if Wi-Fi calling is that big of a deal, i've heard it's very easy to add..
oh and this is not a theme upgrade. this is the entire rom with my modifications done to it. (not sure if this is what you meant to say, this is not a theme. it's a ROM)

acid mod will kill your camera sounds
and certain ui sounds
if your lockscreen is really laggy
change wallpaper
Galaxy 4.2 camera and using the flash
will cause a forceclose everytime
just turn off flash and enjoy those photospheres
set all animations to .5x isnt necessary any longer
but still
this will enhance your experience

-i ported in and included modacos toolkit
-Contacts fixed and Tw framework fixed too
-(still working on wallet feel free to trial and error and report back)
-new s4wallpapers embedded into wallpaper chooser
-sped up S4 launcher animation
and added a 6X5 version
-Build.prop brought back to speed, cleaned up
and updated
-lockscreen lag eliminated
-wake ime reduced hopefully even further
-over all battery, smoothness and speed
has significantly increased
-all mods went through small pieces of code cleanup
- and more im just not remembering at this moment
next ill work on fixing the op and making sure all mods are still good to go
All battery mods, Themes, Status bar, and Clock mods, are still compatible

Turning off shortcuts on the lock screen really fixes the lag. .
that's the only real issue I've found. The app process of loading the shortcut apps
Is slightly behind the animations
The base looks great though
So itll be Mostly non wipe updates ahead

Thanks for everything sean! Finally got back into a service area. Will download 2.0 as soon as I g3t home to my wifi connection. 1.0 ran fine all day yesterday just at one point after a phone call I got the "process com.android.phone" FC. Even after a full wipe and install it still cane back but all is good now. Thanks again.
