I meant google talk. You can always do a full wipe [data/factory, cache, dalvik cache, sd-ect [if partitioned], and reflash the rom.

U think the full wipe would let the market work tho can't install Google talk without it

If its just the market, have you tried clearing the cache and force stopping from manage apps in settings?

Yes it didn't help :/

Then do the full wipe. OR you clear the cache for it, uninstall the market apk, pull it from the rom, install it manually.

menu, settings, apps, manage apps, find playstore, clear cache, clear data, then find one called google services, clear cache, clear data, reboot while standing on one foot covered in peanut butter saying I'm a dirty little midget, and you should be good to go.

It's known to cause similar issues to this. Jeremy's steps should fix it. Give that a try.

Just to clarify, you want to wipe data and cache on Google Services Framework. I just got this issue yesterday on PA, none of that fixed it, even reflashing gapps didn't work, ended up wiping and reflashing everything.
The only thing you have to do is delete the google update and you be fine.

Till it reupdates, then the problem comes back, my steps have worked many times, it happens almost everytime i flash a rom. Everyone can be different, just make sure and reboot after doing what i said before trying to download again

Yea for some reason I couldn't get it to work on Chemistry either. Works great on other roms (ie Morphology).

You can download the app from the playstore... https://play.google.com/store/apps/...oid.gm&feature=nav_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDNd ,if hes having problems downloading, getting an error,go to system/applications,find the playstore and clear cache and data,go to recovery and clear dalvik and fix permissions, then go back to the playstore and sign back in and you will be able to download.
I blue toothed him my apk and it's working. Thanks
