Bootanimation

Which folder and file gets replaced to change bootanimations? I am pretty sure its in system/bin

Ok system/media. Then the only zip in there is sanim. Zip would that be the current boot animation?

Yes you must be on the gingerbread leaks.
You can take a "bootanimation.zip" that you want and rename it to "sanim.zip" and it'll work.

They are all over the forum, mostly in the app section of each of the development sections for each device. Many of the animations from other android devices will work, some with minor adjustments.

Give me a bootanim from your phone and your version and maybe i can try to make one
