I am using modded xperia arc launcher and widgets from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1325108 and also you can mod yourself by following its guide. Its much better.

The clock widget is - "Digital Clock Widget"
Hey guys.
Here we have atrix hd ics launcher and widgets. Directly installable. All wotking fine. Widgets work only on atrix launcher. Circle widgets show weather and notifications.
Only problem is launcher is made for qhd resolution so a little off. Can someone fix this please.

For the lockscreen, there is an app in the playstore
You can apply cm10 touchwiz 5 theme for status bar, icons etc again found in playstore
The launcher can be flashed, there is one in the themes and apps section
Try it..its an s4 launcher with accu weather widget..
