I had partitioned my SD card. Then I had to bring my phone to have the screen looked at. So I unrooted it, how do I remove the partition on it, I'm having nothing but issues with it.

When I went to copy a rom to my sdcard, it said my card was full. I figured it was because of old nandroid backups, so I deleted them, but the sd card space has actually gone down instead of freeing up space.
???
I'm baffled. Anyone know how to fix this?
What size sd card and where did you get it?
It is the one that came with my Incredible.

Is it possible to delete everything from my SD card and start new? It's saying there is 1.8gb total, but only 28mb available.
Or can I flash roms using my phone storage?

You can just format it (FAT32). Backup what you need. And maybe store stuff on the internal storage. You have to use the SD card for ROM's etc.

Same here...I happened to me after I got a new SD card, switched the old one with the new one, Then switched them back again. It says "SD card mounted as read only".

Try editing the permissions of the sd card with root explorer.
I've had this happen to me on nearly every Sense rom I've used. I usually just click the notification and it remounts the SD card correctly. Have you tried that?
So I flashed myns and now I have a2sd..what is it? Can I get rid of it? Or should I keep it.. Thanks for the help

If you have your sd card partitioned, it allows you to move apps to the sd card. Up to you if you want to use it or not.

And if you don't have your SD card partitioned and don't want to, it should just sit there without doing anything.

.android_secure on the SD card, like normal. That is, unless you've installed the DarkTremor script.

reboot into cwm, then go to advanced, then go to partition sd card, pick 4096M and put 0 for the swap size
this will erase everything on your micro sd card though so be sure to back up everything
I done it thanks bud
