Is there a way to change the 3d rotation animation between screens in sense 3.0 and 3.5? Its a thing that is keeping me away from custom sense 3.0 and 3.5 ROMs cause it usually lags when changing screens, and i really like the simple sense 2.0 rotation bewtween screens. Thanks for your answers.

I'd say that ain't possible, as Sense is kind of locked and limited by HTC's decisions.
But I saw something about an animation trigger in Android 1.6 kernel/system options, may still be in 2.x versions.

From Nils' Sense 3.0 rom or from his 2.1/3.0 rom? What were you looking for?
2.1/3.0 mostly, or both, havent bothered with 3.0, but im willing to try anything at this point

no, i read in the forums that nils pulled them cause apparently they werent playing well with his last build, and it also looked like the site that he had originally hosted them on is gone
I see similar things on here all the time, where the sense 3.0 lockscreen was ported to other roms.
From what I've noticed, there's not really a huge difference looks wise between sense 3.0 and 3.5. I see a lot of people always asking about 4G on the 3.5 roms, or saying that they won't flash without 4G.
My question was has anyone tried to get things like the rosie, or the quick launch widget working in sense 3.0? Was thinking about trying it out over the weekend, but thought I'd ask if its already been done first.
They're both developed by coolexe, i don't know which is better

i've tried several ROMs with Sense 2.1, 3.0 and 3.5, and definately i'm choosing the ones with sense 2.1, they are a bit lighter and fast. too much unstability and bad screen adjustments in 3.5, because it's a port from devices with bigger resolution & screen than our Desire.
I think u should give a try to AceSMod007 Sense 2.1

oh btw, i liked RevolutioN ROM a lot, i just loved it, until i got 3 or 4 reboots in 10 days more or less..
that happened to me with the v1.0 rom release. maybe now it's fixed (v2.0 was released), so maybe u like it aswell.

I have installed the Runnymede 2 days ago, and till now it's the fastest and most stable sense ROM I've tried. It's even faster than the stock ROM and as stable as it.
+It looks amazingly nice.
In my opinion, i think its Cool3D Aces. but i believe you should try them both. Base from what i read over these to roms, let say that Aces is older with a lot of fix which resulted to more stable rom. I've been using this rom until now and planned to update to v5. while the runnymede i think by now has still a lot of bugs (known bugs or not).
I prefer the Ace one, too, at the moment.
Have been using the V4 and former versions for...a long time and have been very happpy with it.
Tried the Runnymede the other day (several times) but had a lot of random reboots.
For me, I was on one of those 2.1 sense roms, and lately I am trying out the 3.5 roms, and I can say that 3.5 is really stable and fast, haven't noticed any lag or so in speed and performance.
I tried both sebastiaan15's RunnyMede V5.2 and coolexe 's Cool3D V4, sebastiaan's rom is much faster. I wrote a post for coolexe to check out the speed performance, but still no response.
Try sebastiaan's rom, I really recommend it.

Somebody posted a flashable file for the Sense 3 lockscreen on here a couple months ago. Think it was supposed to work on most or all Sense 2.0 ROMs for our phone. If I recall correctly, you have to be a bit careful, if you choose one of the lockscreens like Weather/Friend Stream, you need to also have the Sense 3 version of that app or things might get screwed up. Use the Search function, and you should be able to find it.
Also, InsertCoin ROM is Sense 2, with some Sense 3 features, including the lockscreen. I haven't tried it myself, but plenty on here seem to like it.

Ah, hoffmas beat me to it, while I was typing my reply. And did a better job by finding and posting the links.
There is also a G2/Desire Z specific thread on here, about getting the Sense 3 lockscreen onto the phone. But the thread hoffmas posted (Sense 3 ports) may be better, as it also contains all the other Sense 3 pieces that you may need/want, like Weather.

Now I have looked in the dev forum and I'm a pretty knowledgeable flasher and such. About 6 months ago I provisioned the phone for Cricket and flashed some "for cricket" ROM on the phone for a friend. Apparently now GPS loses lock in like 2 seconds and searches forever (maybe it's always been a problem). I'm going to see if I can just flash a new kernel and try some things, it's a 2.3.7 ROM, but I had a couple questions too.
1) Is there a really stable Sense 4 ROM out on the Evo? usually I don't go into forums and start asking about ROMs, I try them all and decide on one. In this case it is for a friend who doesn't know jack spit about ROMs or any of that, she needs a stable, working phone. I personally just like Sense 4 and would like her to have it if we can do stable, and I have zero time to try out every ROM in the dev forum. A recommendation would be awesome. If there is no stable Sense 4 ROM (bugless to anything noticeable) then I think I will go with CM9, I'd like to avoid JB for the time being till KLP comes out and JB is all sorted out for "normal people"
2) I think she is having MMS issues. If I flash a new ROM I know the provisioning won't change, but is there a quick fix for Cricket users and MMS to get it work, like something I can flash or an APK I can apply? You know how girls are with MMS, and I'd like to get it working right. Data works totally fine and I know GPS will be fine with a new ROM, but MMS is always tricky. Any help would be appreciated. I am primarily a GSM user so any time I reprovision a CDMA device and get into all this QPST and CDMA-workshop crap I get all disoriented and it's such a trial and error crap shoot, so far I've done pretty well with Sprint phones, but I know some of you guys know a lot of CDMA stuff and may know of a fast APK or flashable Zip to fix MMS on any ROM or something.

well first off, there is only one sense 4.0 rom, and its VERY VERY buggy, its not worth trying out in your case at the moment...i would suggest a stock rooted rom.. remember that all roms higher than 2.3.x are PORTS from other devices (source code and all) so not everything is going to work

Wow, so are all CM9 roms buggy too? I really hate how slow GB is compared with ICS...
most CM9's will be buggy...the best Stock Rom ive used is KWIQ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1534680 gb 2.3.7
and here is a sense rom, themed to look like ics
