Is there any way to get stock icons with MIUI?
Did you go into Theme Manager and try to select the stock icons? They should be there.

yeah that would give me the default MIUI icons, but I want the default android icons.

Oh my bad...I thought you meant stock MIUI icons. There has to be a Sense theme somewhere...did you look at the "online" themes in theme manager?

Is it possible to override a theme with another theme? Or do I have to go back to a backup that had no theme to flash another one?

Yes, you should be able to flash a theme on another theme, but anything on the new theme that isn't themed, and is on the old theme will be on the old theme so they might not match.

i am using TouchWiz 5 with rr 3.0.9 rom
but i want to change the icons to better ones , as i used to do with apex
how to do it with this TouchWiz ?
in Apex was very easy .. but in TouchWiz i tried but i can't
i saw just one theme called CM10 CM9 AOKP TouchWiz 5.0 theme
but it changes everything .. i just need to change the icons only
any help ?

U need to edit the apk.. Replace the icons with one u want...

Hey is it possible to get diffrent folder layouts in the orginal TW launcher...for example like in apex launcher you have difffrent options how your folders look...maybe there is a mod!???
by the way i ask here because here the chance is higher to get an answer..

You're not the first one with this wish. Emotion UI looks like crap, doesnt matter if themes are used or not, it is also slow.

You can look for themes that have darker background from the theme section of xda forums. But something that looks exactly android stock hasn't been created yet but its technically possible. The Emotion UI skin lets you customize nearly everything.
Xposed framework seems to break the emotion ui skin support i think, since ive only gotten those themes to theme the ui only a few times. They just change the wallpaper and lockscreen for me, if I used the emui lockscreen.
also, there is MIUI patchrom, cant the same be done with AOSP files instead of the miui ones?

Ooh, I have infact, I modified it to remove the stock navbar. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm sure you can, the problem is that you need to return to their original state the build.prop... Always, when you modify the system keeps a backup called build.prop.bak you need quit ".bak" and overwrite the original... sorry for my english :C

anyone know the step to apply custom theme ?
cause I have been using the old method to install the custom theme on this magic UI but it doesnt work at all
You have to use Honor themes, Hauwei themes don't/won't work.
You still customize the same way and install the same way using the theme app.
anyone know where to get the honor theme ? besides in the Themes app? because the current default theme icon seems too big tbh
I've tried all hwt files and paste them in all honor folders whereas custom themes are not shown in theme app.
I bought this phone only for that to have custom themes and it seems that magic ui 6 is the issue

Found it bro, rename theme to hnt instead of hwt and copy it to android, data, hihonor.. Theme manager..... Themes

Themes with custom lock screen will work only if you install the engine that is attached. Delete files at the end .zip
