Wrong forum, also, you just got it today... you shouldn't be rooting until you absolutely know what you're doing. I'd tell you how to fix it but I think you should read more. Good luck.

First off is the stock pc36img.img on your root of your sdcard? If so pull the battery out, put it back in and hold down the power and vol down to boot in the bootloader. you should be fine once it installs you should be back with a stock rom. If you don't have the stock pc35img.img you can get it from here http://www.multiupload.com/U27BZXVWWI.
hope this helps
http://www.multiupload.com/U27BZXVWWI
Download that, rename it PC36IMG, put it on your SD card... reboot phone into recovery(while phone is OFF, press and hold volume down, while pressing the power button), it will load, follow onscreen instructions
Have you tried using an ruu. It should be able to return your phone to stock
u should goto the androidforum and read ROOTING FOR DUMMIES thread! u will not f up your ph and it will take u 15 mins to root yah ph give or take a few!

Sounds like you used an incorrect method to root. Follow the hboot 2.02 S-OFF like a boss thread in this forum. It will have every answer you need.

Assuming you have a custom recovery, you could try the following:
- boot into recovery
- push a rom (for instance: the CM version you have installed) to your /sdcard/ using adb
- flash it
If you have the toolkit install (found in the dev sec.) its gonna be a breeze to flash another rom or the stock nexus image

No idea why they stuck the toolkit on the dev section, it's nothing related to dev.........
And stop using the toolkit, at least learn how it works:

Why would he need the model number to fix this problem? The same methods will fix this whether he is on GSM or CDMA Nexus. Apparently you're the stupid one.
Hi everyone.
I have a samsung galaxy S2, I tried to upgrade the Rom, but made mistake, now it boots up and stuck at "teamwin" logo. Would anyone please help: how to fix this. I appreciated for your help.
Joe
Hmm, if I'm correct and since you don't seem to be such an expert. You may have to use adb or some other android debugger to flash it from the computer. Better get searching on how to do that because I'm not going to explain how.

wow dude... were you ticked about something when you posted this? he was just asking for help man....
it sounds like your recovery got messed up. download the .img file for your phone, put it on download mode, flash the img in odin, reboot to recovery, reflash your rom. shouldnt be too bad to fix. Old thread i know, but i was just walking down the t-mob S2 memory land and saw this impolite response to a valid question

(Update HTC M8s, Not HTC M8)
Recently my HTC M8s started acting up, I tried turning it on and so it did, although this time instead of booting up, it stayed on the HTC One logo screen, with around twenty minutes of waiting I tried turning it off since I seen it was going no where, which didn't work.
I found out I had to hold the power button and the volume up button for a number of seconds before it turns off.
I have accessed the reboot menu and tried a factory reset, as well as a cache wipe, but both have failed and I have not been able to get passed the Frozen Logo Screen/Blank Black Screen (Depending on which one comes up)
The issue still hasn't been resolved and none of the solutions have worked for me so far.
I'd appreciate anyone listing any solutions below.
:highfive:

If you don't know what an unlocked bootloader, TWRP, etc. are, than the phone wasn't modified by you. Although, that doesn't mean it wasn't modified by a previous owner (unless you know for fact its factory new when you got it).
On the bootloader screen (white screen with Android mascots at the bottom) what does it say for OS number, near the top, in green font?
On that screen, it will probably also say "Software status: Official" on the first line, and 2nd line "LOCKED"
Please confirm that, or state what it says if its other that what I've stated.

The OS no. doesn't look like a OS for M8.
I believe it is a M8s (m8ql_ul) not M8 (m8_ul).
I have to go now. While waiting for someone's respond, read thru M8s section for info.
I believe there's a RUU for your device version there.
Note : your device is still under warranty I guess, claim that rather than trying to fix it yourself.

ckpv5 is correct, this looks like the M8s.
You can try the same version number 1.11.61.10 RUU from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/one-m8s-general/make-custom-recovery-htc-one-m8s-t3114245
There are instructions on how to run the RUU here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/one-m8s-general/help-thread-htc-one-m8s-to-stock-howto-t3190238
Can this be done ?? If so how
What kind of question is this? I do not think there is a way to get a boot screen from another device unless you have the phone rooted, and then somehow get the boot animation from a Mate SE, and then replace the default boot animation with the Mate SE one.

I did not change it on mine, but just located to bootanimation.zip
it is in /version/special_cust/BND-L24/hw/usa/media/bootanimation.zip on the L24
each region/ model will have different path.
there is also a second animation located in
\version\region_comm\oversea\media
don't know when it is used . On mine, the one in the hw folder has "wwwhi.honor.us.com " on the bottom of all the images, and that matches the animation being used. The other one has larger images and no addresses on the images.
I'm also interested in this, since I already replaced my boot animation with one that has a dark background from here. The Mate SE logo screen is just the simple HUAWEI logo on a black background, which is less visually jarring (especially with the warning screen that's displayed after the bootloader is unlocked).
I understand that the boot logo on Huawei devices is stored in oeminfo.img, but I haven't figured out how to unpack/repack it for the hi6250 devices.
