You will need root to write the file since /system is write protected.

Any of the A500 ones should work. Mine is from that themes thread. Some of the fullscreen ones hang off the screen though.

This is Gen 1.it works on Gen 2 . My a100 is gen2 and I update it and it works just fin.Gen 1 gets more update than Gen 2.

No, put the update file on your micro SD card than shut off your tablet than hold up volume button and power button at the same time it will update the systen

Nope notting happen to my a100 and it was on 1.018.05 Gen 2 now I'm on 2.007.04 Gen 1

Crap I forgot that I'm having trouble with my root explorer. It won't let me change anything. It says something like it's a read file only. I'm using a nandroid and someone mentioned that he had the same problem after flashing a nandroid. Any ideas to fix this?

Yeah it still won't let me even if I wanted to do something else. Really sucks. Idk how to get it to R/W. When I first open root explorer i have the option but the moment I go to /system it won't allow anything

All you have to do is to change your mount from r/o to r/w. R/W = ReWrite.
Just like CD-Rs and CD-RWs.

Some actually like the more subtle and simple bootanimation. Clean and Simple the "Google Way"... None of that flashy bootani stuff.

I will bet my phone for yours that your running a backup??? Am I right??? I noticed the other day when I make a backup and restore it I will lose R/W and it gets stuck in R/O

I have never owned a sense based phone but from what I have gathered from the g1, g2 and t989 forums, Teeter needs something in the sense framework to run. I remember trying to get it onto my g2 with no success.

Correct. If I recall correctly the MDPI version had scaling issues. Maybe they have green worked out though, this was almost a year ago.

This depends on the ROM you're using. Ics, yes, it can be ported.
