How are you guys getting icons up where the Desktop indicator is?
I've tried ADWlauncherex, but for the life of me I cant seem to find where the settings are for allowing some sort of icons up there

The clock is called BobClock.
The rom looks like is a custom rom.
The dock bar is also custom-made.
The calls and sms indicator is called MissedIt!

Its bobclock not sure of the rom but the theme is called beautiful honeycomb and you can find it in the themes and apps section. I believe the theme is only available for 2 roms so that should narrow it down.

Cool, what do you like about the Launcher?
If it's the slide effect you like, you will find it in several different launchers these days. Im pretty sure ADW and Apex launcher has them. Maybe even GoLauncher?
The rest is just a live wallpaper and icon setup
Edit: OOPs... a wallpaper and a widget. I don't know how he got it on the lock screen though.

It is a Launcher you can use instead of Touchwiz Launcher. The only thing you loose are the Samsung Widgets.

It is a launcher like many other which based on the Android stock launcher for 4.3 but customizable. Therefore I choose him. I like the Samsung launcher but here I miss the possibility to use icon themes. You can download him from the play store and test it by yourself.
