Hi i have problem with wifi. When im bought DHD first wifi never find none wifi so i think problem is in bad version so i wait for update. After several month was oficiall update so i think that repair my wifi but not. wifi now find wifi but never connected maybe 2 times but when connected internet workd 10sec o I decided root my phone and install new rom: CoreDroid Desire HD V8.1 RV but my problem is still same have anyone a solution ?

Sounds like a hardware issue if it wasn't functioning properly on the official rom.
You could try flashing a new radio, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

anyone know how to fix this..???
i have tried many times flash new rom.. still same..
i hope u see the different..
It's a hardware issue. Many DHDs have it.
There is nothing you can do with Roms or other software updates

You just haven't noticed it before. There is no possibility to push the screen to the side with rooting...
Or you dropped it after rooting.

I think you only noticed it after you rooted, it seems to be a common hardware issue with DHD's. If the screen is badly skew maybe HTC will try to repair or give you a replacement, just remember to un-root before you take it in.
Same problem flashing the same ROM
I have the same issue
I flashed yesterday night the last version of RCMix3D_Runny_v1.3,and when it boot, the touch screen was no responsive....I've tried everything (downgrade, factory reset, change Rom,restore a previous Rom with CWM,ENG S-ON,flash another Recovery.img),and my touch screen is dead...
Its not a proximity sensor issue, because the screen stays on 1 minute, then,it turns off.The phone receives te phone calls, notification, the sound is working, but no way to unlock the screen...
I thing is a hardware issue, but very, very strange the casuality: other phone with touchscreen issue after flashing the same ROM...
If anybody can help me,please,do it...I am desperate....
By the way,how can I flash a RUU Rom ? Is there any tutorial, where can I find a RUU Rom ?
Thanks to everyone who can help !!!!!!!!!
Sorry for my bad english
Flashing has nothing to do with it. It's been there the whole time. You are just now noticing it. I had my screen fixed under defect warranty. It's now perfect. Here is a link from XDA: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=958069 And here is one from another forum: http://androidforums.com/desire-hd-support-troubleshooting/279651-screen-misaligned.html

I don't think it's due to rooting.
It's due to roaming. So maybe ROM related (maybe radio/ROM incompatibity).
If I were you, I will try to the radio preconized for the ROM or another ROM.
Roaming is detected by software, not hardware.
I have the best radio for my rom......but maybe you're right.....but there is no chance that i can do this.....i'm not always in roaming......

Bluetooth won't turn on

I am unable to turn on the bluetooth. the bluetooth button just greys out and says turning on for a few seconds and turns off. Its the same on every rom. I've tried a few radios and its the same thing. The FM radio doesn't work either as a result.
Any suggestions? Please help.

Flash a stock RUU and see if it helps. If not its most likely a hardware fault. Return to carrier or seller and ask for a refund/exchange

[Q] Sabsa prime V10

Hi,
I flashed the sabsa prime v10 today, everything is working just fine but I have the metallic sound problem while talking to someone.
Is there a fix I could find somewhere ? I've read the threads and I found a small clue, it could be a radio problem.
I have the following radio 12.56.60.25U_26.10.04.03_M. But I am not sure yet, and flashing a radio is a pretty risky operation.
My question is how do I fix this?
Thanks in advance.
it's not risky..i changed lots of radios...just be carefull while doing it, and pay biiig atention to what the thread says...
so...just do it ) ...
Hi, thanks for the reply, the only problem is that the phone is not ENG S-OFF, and the have you tried to install radio without this ?

well search forum, and make it eng s-off...same thing, patience, don't hurry, and pay attention...

Hi,
I managed to enable ENG S-OFF, flashed the radio in the sabsa prime thread, still has a small buzzing noise while in call...
I am running out of options...Any other ideas?

Thanks for sharing.
I got the same problem, too.
After I flashed this fix, the situation has reduced, but sometimes it just came back randomly.
Is it the original problem from the ROM ifself?

no its not the rom problem because sound is working fine in other DHD except DHD Telus.
Hi all,
I gave up on Sabsa and installed ViperDHD and now the metallic sound has disappeared. I have no problems now...
Thank you very much for your ideas and fixes!

Phone reboots after entering SIM card pin code

Hello,
I just updated my phone to the last MIUI version (3.5.24) and have an issue: after typing my sim card pin code the phone softreboots, and there's no way of passing through there with the sim card. Can use the phone without it. That happened to me too on the previous release, but not on 3.5.10, which I can still use.
Did a full wipe and the problem with this version persist. I heard some people having the same issue, so I guess it is a rom bug?
If anyone has any idea, please share!

Have you tried wiping dalvik+cache in recovery?
Yes, I did, and the problem still there. I tried using my card in another device and it works, and with previous releases, and with different roms and it also works. The problem only exists in the last two miui releases, but not everyone is having the problem... Is quite strange, don't you think?

Contrary to what I used to believe, the hardware axross the dhds and inspire differs ever so slightly depending on when it was produced. Its only very small differences which is why we have these little anomlies in some roms/kernals working for most but refuse to work for a handfull of users. You might want to find a different rom. Changing the kernal may help??

Search the roms thread for the best answer to that
