phone update

Not living in the US and T-mobile UK not having the same phones the US has, I am in a bit of a predicament.
I currently have the Slide Reloaded v1 rom installed on my phone and would like to install gingerbread however I don't believe it has reached the UK. I called them and they have no clue that the slide even existed
Advice?

I think you are a bit confused here gingerbread is not provided by the carrier as an OTA update(t-mo in this case) it is a custom rom built by cyanogenmod's team of developers that you flash using clockwork recovery (you know how it goes, you flashed slide reloaded). So all you have to do if you want to install gingerbread is either go here
http://mirror.teamdouche.net/?device=espresso
and download one of those EXPERIMENTAL builds OR wait untill a stable version is posted, you will see it in the development section when its up.
Just wait for it.... oh btw the rom is CM7, so cm7=gingerbread for the slide... just in case you didnt know what it was

[Q]Anyone developing custom ROM for SGH-I317M?

As the topic says anyone working on this? Wanting to know if I should wait for a custom ROM so I can flash or do a warranty return. Some others also mentioned they are waiting for a CWM flashable ROM.
In time. The source codes were just released a couple of days ago and people really haven't started getting their phones yet. I'm sure we'll start seeing Custom ROMs pop up over the next few days after AT&T officially releases the Note II tomorrow.

Unroot to Stock JellyBean Rom

So originally I posted this thread because I was stuck in a recovery limbo. Flashing rom wouldn't work, restoring wouldn't work.
But thanks to the assistance of a few users I found out that the recovery and nightly I was using needed to be updated. Finally flashed CM11 KitKat. Not impressed... Had hoped to be able to print and screen record (features boasted among the official Release feature additons). But right now Im greatly disappointed actually. There seems to be a lot of features (printing, screen recording, and standard Samsung apps/features) either missing, unavailable through CM11 or just not yet available through CM11.
Either way at this point I just need to unroot to OTA, or flash a Jelly Bean stock rom. So thats why I retitled the topic of this thread.
Any searches for original stock roms results in mirrors or links for foreign links, and foreign roms.
Does anyone know of a Jelly Bean stock rom for the Galaxy 8 N5110 for the USA?
I'd prefer to flash using Odin too...
WOuld anyone be able to spare a moment to help me out with this?

[Q] [serranoltexx] PA 4.4 RC1 (Android 4.4.3) - Bootloader and radio?

Hello everyone! This is my first thread, so I hope I didn't pick the wrong section. I was thinking about posting this question in the dedicated thread, but I have less then 10 posts so I can't.
Anyway, I would like to install the above ROM on my serranoltexx. In the changelog, the developers say that in case I'm coming from a 4.4.2 ROM (I actually have PA 4.4-BETA1) I would have to update bootloader and radio too.
I tried to ask on the AOSPA Legacy group on G+, but still got no answer. I wondered if anyone here could tell me whether I really need to update bootloader and radio, and where to find versions compatible with android 4.4.3.
Thank you for your help!
EDIT: I got an answer from the G+ thread, bootloader and radio update are necessary only for nexus devices. Thank you anyway! Should this be deleted or closed? (someone else could have the same doubt)
