I have been looking if there was any type of MotoBlur ROM for the Epic 4g but since i couldn't find one I figured I'd ask.
Someone was looking into it before, but he's busy on 3 other projects right now. Sense, MIUI, and ICS.

I have a personal distaste for the overlay, so much so I have refused to accept a work phone b/c they are all Motorola's. Ha ha.
MIUI is beast too but no 4g. thats the only thing that works in my area. too bad china doesnt have 4g...

ICS sourced dropped like a week ago, the device has been out for a couple months
The biggest problem is that there is no aosp kernel right now that works. So once we have that there is a better chance at getting aosp roms.

Well there's supposedly a build of CM7 Kang that works quite well on the SGSIIE4GT with some mod work. It was also sent to one of our main devs, Viper boy, and I'm pretty sure he and his team are ripping that thing apart line by line to make it work the best it can. They like to release finished products and they literally just got it yesterday... so.. idk hopefully soon!!!

Just curious, will it help once the Nexus-S 4G gets the official ICS Android 4.0 update from Google + Sprint, can any of that code be used to help make a ICS ROM for our E4T ?
Don't both phones share the same CDMA radios, and some similar Samsung hardware ?

Hold up: Who exactly did you "clarify" that with? I'm only curious because I was the one who sent that kanged Rom to Viperboy, and it was MOST DEFINITELY NOT an ICS Rom when I sent him the link to my Dropbox. When, exactly, did it morph from a tired CM7 build into an ICS ROM?

Damn, we'll still good news though that someone is working on a sence build.
Hell just to get the HTC Widgets ported over would be sweet.

Sense is closed source so I don't believe it is possible to get the widgets, I am not sure, I'd appreciate it if someone could confirm.
Also I doubt this is in beta and if it is it won't be Sense 4, considering we don't even have a beta TouchWiz build yet. It may however be an alpha of Sense 4 or beta of Gingerbread Sense.
Back to the original (and much more possible) request. I like that theme, it looks very clean indeed. I give it a +1 for a port.
Sense 4 looks really nice and clean. I never really liked Sense on my old HTC Hero though.
Venum most likely Wont release til its Rom worth for the public.

I was a big sense fan back from HTC hero, Evo, And last Evo Shift. But i was sketchy on TW but i like it, still prefer sense UI over all. looks cleaner and awesome, moves very well but takes up a crap ton of phone space.

Sense sucks anyhow. i had an HD2 and hated sense. TW is by far a million times better. Sense uses wayy too much battery.

I still hate the feeling of sense 4.0, it feels slow and laggy on my evo 3D.

Digging through all the roms I can find for the ET4G and can't seem to find any AOSP GB roms. Have any ever been released? Am I missing something?
Also, I used to use SleeperRom on my Epic 4G and wonder if the same dev ever released a rom for the Epic Touch?
