Unlocking r800a is it possible(q)

Ok so in the settings thingy it says bootloader unlock no. Can I unlock my r800a? So that custom roms can go on and still maintain my drm? Also will it be free

It's not possible to unlock ATT version at Sony site, try WotanServer website.

Is it Possible to install Lumia Windows Phone 8 to Galaxy Note 2?

Windows isn't open sourced and AFAIK hasn't been cracked yet. Even if it was possible I don't think it could be posted on xda for legal reasons
