Hello guys!
Recently i've been working on a new theme with HQ graphics and some inspiration of miui and ios for my galaxy s and the
theme looks like this:

Actually this is only a mockup and as i'm don't know how to make it work, if anyone
wants to help me with this theme it would be nice!
I would like to design this theme based on android menus etc. but with way better graphics.
Also of course i'll design all the graphical parts for the theme and i'm going to make it very professional!
So tell me what do you think?

uiiiiiiiiiiiiii, this locks awesome mate. but it will be cool if you can add other colors like blue green etc ... i dont like the orange
the brush looks cool too

start on jvh as thats whats just up and coming for 2.3.3
or
you can start on the stable and widely used 2.2.1 rom bases

your on right track already grab a rom kitchen rom wipe and non wipe of ur preferred base.
you have two folders to work with ( lets say 2.2.1 roms ) - open the zip:
navigate to system/framework/drawable-hdpi-v4 or drawable-hdpi
for frameworks and twframeworks
thats were you start with the images you will gradually get to know what is what after about 100 flashes

Are you familiar with apktool? Once you are comfortable with decompiling and compiling apks, it's just a matter of replacing pngs and (perhaps) editing some xml files. Do check out some info on 9 patch files as they may cause problems during the compilation process.

yes you can modify that lock screen and you will find those images in framework = drawable-hdpi

So, I'm still on Omega 43 (4.1.2) and haven't flashed Glass theme yet because of the old system.ui problem.
Is this new theme still usable on 43 or only 44+?

Only 44+ (4.2.1) and try omega v44.2 (4.2.1) its just too fast , worth a try :good:

What's required?​
1. A Samsung Galaxy S2 (i9100) with Custom Recovery
2. De-odexed TW Stock Based ROM
3. A clean install (your ROM as is with no other mods flashed)
4. NO Xposed frameworks etc (it will not work)
5. A ROM that is NOT already heavily modded!​
Install instructions​
1. Download Theme (latest version) from the link below
2. Copy it to your phones INTERNAL memory
3. Boot into recovery
4. Wipe Cache
5. Flash Theme (install script will wipe dalvik)
6. Re-boot (may take a couple of minutes)
7. Enjoy
8. A restore zip is created at the end of the flash and location presented on screen​

Thanks mate....thought I would leave a parting gift. S4 stuff taking up alot of my time in here now. Got real responsibilities now with the new title also .....LOL :laugh:

You are ok to flash newer version over older one. If you have any other theme flashed I would advised to do a no wipe install......to remove other theme......kalagas mixed.

I am confused...
Why this is called mod only and not ROM?
I am currently on xzotica v2 and if I flash this mod, from screenshots I understand that everything like statusbar, lock screen, dialer etc will get changed.
Isn't this mean complete new ROM as most of the custom ROM does same thing after full flashing of ROM.
Really want to know, why this is only mod and not ROM?

Well,you have done a fabulous job,but you shouldn't forgot to give credits.
The UI which you are using seems to be exactly same like @b16h22 evo rom.
You have implemented the smali for the tablet view. etc
Evo app is also been used.You should have taken permission from b16h22 before posting.

I flashed this mod on ultimate v2
After that it took atleast 10 minutes for first boot that's ok looking good but problem is that my home button is not working it is giving haptic feedback but not working and second problem is lockscreen not coming I tried all but it did not appeared
Plz help me fixing it

I hope you already have nandroid backup.
Now try to wipr dalwik-cache from recovery and see if it solves the problem....

bro did you flash any mod after applying my canvus Mod?
if yes then it will create problem better if you reinstall your rom:fingers-crossed:

Only one problem.
I am not receiving whatsapp notifications instantly. It appears only when I screen on my device.
What kind of memory tweak this mode have?

i think you are using wifi
if yes then go to settings>wifi>press action button>advanced>and change wifi sleep policy to NEVER

Thanks but that is not the case.
I have already checked this. And also under battery info, which shows WiFi continuously running even when screen -off. So, that is not the case.
It's something related to multitasking vs gaming/heavy app performance.
I was on xzotica v2 with default RAM setting (I think it consists Ran Enhance 5 by Maruti)/without any further RAM tweak. It was working perfectly.
I observed this after applying mod.
Want to retain this cool look/mod with only change, RAM setting of earlier.
So, asking if OP can help and suggest something...

@op : Can you please tell me how you got that caller id i know your rom is inspired from evo and i have some dev skills i did build a kitkat theme for micromax 87
how have you ported the caller id ????
and just a few suggestions
i really think that you should change the battery icons and signals which will be found in framework-res and system-ui respectively and please change the settings icons in the header (at top left of the settings)
