I would start by redownloading the rom and reflash you might have a bad download.

If you flashed recharged final there is a zip file you can flash to lower the overclocking to 1.1GHz. See I'd that helps

i would but i cant get past the lock screen and when i plug my usb into my laptop i can pull down the noti bar to make a selection or anyting i totally forgot how to use adb so i can push it to my recovery
If your using amon ra you can mount as disk drive in the recovery

Flash in recovery wipe cache and dalvik cache.

Do you have a sdcard reader to put in your computer?
If so do that and put that zip on it then flash it that should get the rom to boot.

So two days ago I rooted + installed cm10, I was having some issues so I did a dark side wipe and re-installed cm10 after that I didn't not think I had wiped my phone properly so I went back and did the factory rest wipe... Well oops... Now my phone won't do a darkside wipe or install cm10. It just sits on the installing text. I was able to use my back up which also seems very bugged, when I try to restart it just sits on the goodbye screen (just one of the big things I've noticed). What do I need to do to fix this, please explain in laymen terms so I can fix this, thank you and sorry for my ignorance....

Just go to recovery wipe/factory reset, wipe cache, then under mounts format storage

Get it into download mode, and flash a newer recovery with Odin. Then flash any rom with the newer recovery. And don't use ROM manager until you know a bit more of what you're doing.

First try to do a factory restore in recovery. If that doesn't make it boot, you need to find a CWM one click and use that to flash.

If you can get into download mode: Power it off completely. Then Power On + Volume Down, then Volume Up to 'confirm'
You can then try a PC Odin One-click Full Reset. Maybe start with this one to make sure all works http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1721229 Then hit up Rwilco12s repository [http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1903252]and check out the others.
The directions for these are dead simple and very explicit. Take the time to read through them.
Make sure your phone is at least 60% charged before you start! You might want to power it off and plug it into the charger for a couple hours.
While it's charging download the one-click and launch it 'as adminstrator' and have it open waiting.
Then, if/after charging get it into download mode.
Also make sure you are in download mode before you plug in your phone to the computer.
If it shows up on any COM port your good to go. Start it and way till its done.
Good luck
Ok. I'll read through those links, but I cannot get into download mode.

if you want to stay on stock rom you might wanna install goo manager or cwm rom manager, they have the option to reboot into recovery as well
also there's a few apps on the playstore which you can use to boot into recovery as well, otherwise you'll be using the button combo there's no new option in the shutdown menu from samsung after rooting though, that only comes with custom roms or if you can grab a deodexed rom there's a mod that changes the menu for you
