Most of the packs are garbage, but the 'Clean' one is nice. Pretty much blacks out your UI, then you can build it back up how you like it.
It would be nice if there were some cool packs.

No real need to. The Clean pack is the same as a theme, you can change it yourself, and simply go back to your original if you don't like it. Just look for the Sprint ID in your icons.
Most of the packs (themes) you can choose are total garbage; NASCAR, Lo2yo Latino, Real Estate Pro and such. But the Clean pack removes all the original widgets and most of the icons, leaving you a black backround (no wallpaper) with 3 icons on the dock; contacts, apps, and the Sprint ID.
From this point you just have a clean slate to add whatever wallpaper widgets or icons you want. But its kind of pointless posting a SS of a black screen with 3 icons on it.
---------- Post added at 12:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:16 PM ----------
Figured I would just to see if I could. Posting a pic on here seems to be a PITA unless I'm doing it wrong. From the XDA Premium app, it tells me the pic has the wrong extension to upload - this just the raw SS in my gallery.
So then I have to email it off my phone, upload it to the interwebs from my PC, then finally - link it here. Bleh. Cry Cry, right? Anyway, here it is. All I did after applying the Clean pack was add a wallpaper, and put a couple of icons at the bottom.

Clean looks pretty close to stock Gingerbread imo. If you come from a Nexus S to this phone, it can ease your transition.
I've revised my opinion, Sprint ID sux - Clean ID or no. The Clean ID takes the phone off Touchwiz, which is a lot nicer to use than any benefit Clean gives.

like the idea....mayb it would b cool if the spinner on the programs tab was a screw (flathead) and when up it twists left to end up vertical and when closed twists right to go back horizontal....
EDIT: also if the notifications pull down looked like a toolshed...red bar with a chrome handle and a transparent background....
it looks pretty nice!
good work, looks tight
Looks great, but how are you theming 3rd party apps? If the icons are in the apk's wont they disapear when the app is updated, or are you using better cut?
i love the ipod icons. They are like tinus theme or something. I have seen them before. Anyways, i love the idea and it looks good. The contacts icon kinda ruins it though. Change that before realease

Guys , i´ve been thinking..
may we port a Fascinate rom for our galaxy s ?
they are identical ! we just need to change the kernel ,right ?
Can somebody please port one of these lock screens or atleast tell me how to go about doing it? If I download a system dump of one of these devices can I extract some files from there, build them into a update zip and flash it or is it a lot more complicated than that?
If you just want the lock screen you can try swapping out the framework-res.apk from one of the other builds and substituting it onto your i9000 and see what happens.
You may want to back everything up beforehand.

LOL "may" is a HUGe understatement.
It'll probably not come back up after reboot, and need a re-flash!
Don't we already have the puzzle lockscreen?
If you don't have a passcode, and you have a missed call/missed text, and you go to unlock it, it shows the puzzle for me. But..I also do have a Captivate, idk if it's different for the i9000 ROM.

Look at Launcher.config.xml for the 16bit.

Already tried that but doesnt work.
whats the difference between the old TouchWiz mod ??
The font looks a bit too bold for the screen. & the icons are a bit too flashy. They don't carry the subdued beauty of the background. Just my thoughts.
sweet! nice to see someone is continuing this project, but i really think you should consider making a launcher as close to stock as possible with just the added tweaks. Speed, customizable default screen etc.
Keep up the good work!
I have managed to get additional locale to the gtglauncher without decompiling gtglauncher, but then again it is not perfect, and does exhibit a strange behaviour.
Whenever I reboot the phone, it will always force close once. After that, the launcher works perfectly, no force close or whatsoever. Landscape, portrait works just like as before.
pm me if you want to know the method.
Edit: The 1st time I tried is the 16bit disabled launcher, and it force closed. When I try the 16bit version, there is NO force close anymore.
Thanks a ton for all ur hard work. A 5 icon Dock and Landscape Rotation would seal the deal. Let the donation pour in to webstar to support him.
Just a suggestion, it will look much nicer if you remove the backdrops. Currently looks too cramped and cluttered.

im just getting back into themeing, some might know my themes from MIUI on the Sony X10, i even have one in MIUI's theme manager
i havent had this beast of a phone for very long, so this is just a test run as doing themes for this phone is a lot different than what im used to
will be doing way more themes once we get MIUI running on the skyrocket and hopefully ICS for sure!!!

Well it works but noticed a few things
It uses the Juggernaut Toggles and not the warfare ones. The flashlight button isnt as responsible with the Juggernaut toggles as the Warfare ones. Its also missing one of the warfare ones for screen timeout.
Also not sure if this is a bug, but while charging when its counting up the numbers, it counts up to Full, kinda looks weird idk.
Oh, just realized power menu from WF is broken to. so i had to battery pull to restore.
So i guess my main request is regular clock position and WF toggles.
Looks freaking awesome tho!
yeah while charging.......itll count from your battery level up to full, then repeat
(basically saying its charging up!)
it turns orange at 30% and red at 15%

It has been a while since I made a real homescreen, I had been using Windows Phone for a while before I got my Galaxy S3. You guys have no idea how suffocating those tiles were (But I still love the MetroUI).
So, I call this setup DropUI cause of the raindrops in it. I have this strange fascination about them, they calm me down. You might notice the edges have black spots, they're there so that the screen looks rounded too. Inside the screen is another layer (or I call it a base). The base has the nav, the dock and the folders. I had to include the dock inside the wallpaper and then use blank icons on my launcher cause 7x10 grid was a pain to work with.
I had seen many setups before I created this, the best and the most unique ones used SweeterHome which is a beta launcher and is clunky. I believe in functionality over looks so I chose one of the best launchers out there, Apex Launcher. (You can use GoLauncher too but Apex has some nice gesture controls.) I made most of it, I had to mash up two icon sets and add in some effects to them. (resources are listed below). Unlike most of the complex setups which make it really hard to change wallpapers, each of my homescreen changes its wallpaper automatically. I had to make couple of wallpaper variations but same wallpapers get boring after a while. The folders are made up of Simi Folder widget and the text is made up of Minimalistic Text.
