Incipio NGP case

Hey guys,
Anyone have any real pics for this case?
Also what are peoples thoughts/review of this case?
& finally, how much thinner/lighter is it compared to the case-mate tough? (when its on the phone)

i only used it for less than a day..i can say that...
its only a tpu case so its lighter and thinner than tough case mate case..
but thicker than other tpu cases(like ultra capsule or case mate gelly)
the material is very nice..protection is comparable to tough in my opinion(since material is thick..)..fit is perfect..cut outs perfect too..no antenna hole..
..but the side buttons are hard to press to due the thickness of the tpu(only negative if you ask me)
i dont have pics since i sold the case sorry

Mind if i ask why you sold it, if you really liked the case?

The hard to press power button was the main reason..(i never use the screen power button)
The extra thickness compared to sgp capsule (which i also have) was the second reason..i dont care about extra protection so much...

I have the case. I can make a video review if you are interested. Let me know and I will do it ASAP

Yes please, id love that.
At the moment, youtube seems to only have 1 vid - and it was a little difficult to see the thinness difference of the case mate tough i already own and this NGP case.

I actually only have the Incipio NGP case, I don't have any other cases to compare it to. I can measure it if you want though in the video.
I'll make the video in like 30 minutes, should be up by an hour. I'll post here when I am done.

Normal is the feature - the phone looks pretty much the same even with the case on.
Some people dont like bulky cases or cases that change the shape/feel of the phone - but still want it protecting.

Correct...bulky cases are not for everyone
Material used is the feature of this case...you will see when you have it..

I have this case and it's great.
The design is simple and the material feels sturdy.
Most cases from Korean based companies [ie. SGP, Walnutt, etc.] make a one case fits all for both the Korean and International versions of our phone, eventhough there are very slight discrepancies between the two versions, but i like the fact that the Incipio has been designed specifically for the International phones.
I have a Neo Hybrid case and it looks wonderful, but the fit isn't as good as the Incipio. The Incipio fits like a glove where as the Neo Hybrid fits a little looser, and there's no cutout for the Korean versions tv antenna.
As others have already mentioned, the one downside to the Incipio are the volume and power buttons. They're not very responsive and require a little effort to register, but it's not that big a deal for me.

Bought this case when I got my phone, and it fits like a glove. There is no other way to describe the fit. Great if you want a good looking, solid performing case.

I want my SGS2 look different and special from others. So I like some sharp and special cases. But this one is good, anyway.

fit is way better than my sgp capsule, i just got the capsule but went back due to the solid feel and no hole for korean version which has an antenna

Has anyones got a slight manufacturing flaw in the case?
Mine came today and has, its only small but if its annoying me a little.

Ghost Armor Carbon Fiber Review

Ordered the Ghost Armor Carbon Fiber skin on Tuesday and it was just delivered today. I ran over to the kiosk here in my local mall and had the guy there install it since I'm all thumbs when it comes to this.
First impressions:
Carbon Fiber feels great and adds pretty much no bulk. The screen protector is great, Ive used Ghost Armor on most of my electronic screens and this one is no different from the others. Ghost Armor is a wet application, but has NO orange peel like other wet application protectors. Being day 1 there is a slight haze, but this typically goes away after a few days.
The battery cover has 1 cutout for the "Samsung" logo. I would assume this would line up perfectly assuming you have the standard battery door. I am using the extended battery and door so the cutout was slightly off. The guy at the kiosk enlarged the cutout so it appeared correct.

I got mine online, the guy at the kiosk stated they have ordered them but they didn't anticipate them to be there for at least another week.

i loved the look and feel of my ghost armor screen protector that i had on my droid x but it did really funny things when you looked at it with polarized sunglasses on and i finally had to strip it.

What color is that? gun metal?

I think it does. I had this same carbon on my nexus s and it became better with age.

I didn't install but watching the guy it took him 5 minutes for the whole thing.

Does the pouch come with
Saw a white pouch in the photos just wondering if it's included.

That white pouch is an extra $5 at the kiosk I went to. They didn't have the galaxy nexus armour yet, there getting it next week.

There was a guy that posted a link that lets you design your own case by uploading a picture to the site and then it would print out for you. The case itself looked pretty sturdy and strong.

I just wish it covered the corners. IMO when you drop a phone, chances are it's going to land on of the corners first, otherwise I'd be all over this case.

First I got the rearth Ringke Slim and it is the best slim case out there.
Second: It does protect the corners.

I looked more closely at it and it looks more like an image of a controller or gameboy (depending on which of theirs you look at) just made into the case instead of the case really being based around the controller itself. That's disappointing lol since the iPhone has really nice cassette/Nintendo/gameboy cases that are realistic looking and of high quality... here's to hoping we can find some for our GNexus's! Will post if I find them

This x1000. Its the only case I use when im at work (otherwise I've been rocking it outside of work bare naked since launch day without a single scratch/nick)

I think its personal preference. I bought the rock and didn't like it. With the slimyou get 2 cases at 15£ so it takes it to the same price really and also covers the phone all around.

I can confirm you get two cases.
One is transparant with stripe motive the other is transparant with dots.
It's a nice case for just protecting the back of the phone when put on a table but nothing more.

Been sporting this case for about a week and a bit...great slim fit and easy to hold. Only issue I have is dirt getting into the 2 little holes on the top right (for a lanyard or mobile charm)...that edge is also slightly raised when compared to the other 3 edges...have had to take off the case every 2nd day for a wipe as I;m conscious of heairline scratches on the plastic...otherwise a great case!

I put some clear scotch tape over those holes from the inside. Dirt doesn't bother me no more

Its really nice. But its made of the same plastic as the phone. So don't expect it to take huge amounts of abuse!

Update received the case decided to stick with my original use one and do the standard battery cover cut off just below the camera.
Nothing wrong with the Official flip case apart from my phone spends a lot of it's day in a car holder and the 'flip' doesn't fold flat up to the back of the phone when in the car holder.

Thanks for the tip. I bought the flip case and it has an exclusive feel to it and it fits very well with the Samsung Extended 2000 mah Battery Kit.

I have been using this case for about a year. It's design is very cool and all, doesn't make your phone as big as other cases. However, the main drawback of this case is that it lets the dirt in between and because of that it left a lot of dot scratches on the bottom back side (especially around the dynamic) and on the sides of the rear housing. Also, the rubber volume and standby buttons get stretched and it doesn't look very good.
So, from my experience i wouldn't recommend this case.

The only ones which are not battery cover flips where mercury ones. Try ebay for words: mercury flip s2 .

Friends i didnt big picture, can you share another links, you have ?

In my opinion, Samsung official leather case is much more comfortable in the daily use and it protects your smartphone in an excellent way.
I bought it two years ago and it is still now as brand new.

really nice, but i don't think it offers a good bump protection
