I am requesting that one of our wonderful N7 devs create or modify the order and chaos apk/app to be optimized for our N7 tegra3 devices. Can this be done? I have heard that most gameloft games arent optimized for tegra3? The order and chaos app thats purchased from google play is very laggy and has the terrible chat bug which Ive been told thats related to Android 4.0+.
Can any developer help us gamers out for this app? Can the optimizing be done?

To take a paid app, or any developers app for that manner, and change the programming without expliciet permission from the owner or author, constitutes Warez, which of course is strictly prohibited on XDA.
So the answer would be No, a developer can't modify a gameloft game, and repost it on XDA. Besides, the game itself could contain over 1 million lines of code that would need be re-written, and without source code, it would take forever to backwards engineer.
The best course of action, would be to contact Gameloft and voice your displeasure.
So no more talk about warez.

Unfortunately without Gameloft open sourcing the game, no one could really fix anything. I gave up on Gameloft a long time ago... I suggest you do too.

This app is Drum Machine, so, you can create your own music or use predefined patterns and sounds.
This app contains a classic step sequencer to create basic drum patterns and a piano roll to create
some melodic patterns using for instance bass line and piano melody.
The app can edit notes at eighth note and sixteenth note. So it's possible to write complex rhythms such as jazz-rock style drum pattern, with fla and triplet.
Many demo patterns and songs in various musical style and many sounds for instruments are included in the app.
