If any mod, including myself, continue to find new threads about topics that have threads already existing or don't belong in development section

Repeat offenders will have their post deleted and will receive an infraction and possible ban.
The amount of General and Q&A topics posted in Development is getting ridiculous.
If you are not sure if it belongs in Dev, chances are it does not.

So were the petitions for GB kernel source code, threads after it's release, and plethora of ICS threads opened in the meantime.

On topic: If you take a good look at the github, you'll see that all that is released at the moment, are code for apps that are part of miui. Quite useless to anyone planning to compile miui
