So I haven't delved into this in a while. The last time I tried whatever version was out, my experience was buggy. Landscape didn't work. Some other issues I don't remember. So.. where is it at now? It mustve improved and I wanna try again. My search function sucks ass for some reason. Is anyone using this? Can a brotha get a link?

Has anyone been able to get either of these apps to install AND function properly on our phone?
I was able to get SMemo installed, and I could open it, but as soon as I clicked the icon to create a new note it would FC...
Maybe someone could port or grab the S3 version and modify it to our screen size?

So I was able to get SMemo Lite working from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1687243&page=3
This allowed me to "write" in apps that allow it such as My Story. However, it didn't give me the actual SMemo app. I assumed since I could now write, if I installed the app it would work...not so. It installs, but FCs everytime I open it. Anyone have any more progress than this?
I am running stock, rooted FE22 with TW5.
So is nobody else interested in getting SMemo to work?

I dont have such a fancy car head unit to be able to try that. I cant see any references to mirrorlink in any of the setting screens either.
All works via Bluetooth. Can't get weather to work but everything else is ok

Installed AccuWeather yesterday rebooted and weather now working. Not sure if it was the reboot or the installation but you can see something made it work.

This app installed and looks great on my GN. But this app doesn't look like it likes the on screen home and back buttons. I just got my GN from the play store so I am a bit of a noob to the GS. Anyway I can make the on screen home keys go into landscape or just go away?

How did you manage to connect your Note 2 to the MirrorLink??? When I try to connect my Note (1) with the DriveLink app, I only get "USB Device not supported" or "Reestablish the connection to your smartphone"?

I have a galaxy nexus running 4.1.1 bootloader unlocked and rooted. I have installed the TM server app files from a few posts up and the newest version of drive link app. I am still getting the "usb device not supported". Do you have to have usb tether working to be able to make this work? Anything else that I could try. I have had the sony xav601bt for a while and want to get this working. Thanks in advance.

The stock Samsung apps require the TouchWiz framework and will not work on CM10.
In the other thread I found it seemed to be working for the other guys. But isn't Google now supposed to work in essentially the same way? Although googles servers are on the fritz right now

Do you mind linking me to the thread? I know most stock features like Smart Stay and the wave hand over phone won't work on CM10 and when I originally did my research before flashing CM9 I was told very specifically that most of the stock Samsung apps were built into the TW framework.

I vaguely remember that thread. I think there were so many bugs and things going on people just gave up trying to force it to work. If you're just interested in S-Voice and Memo try searching the Play Store. You won't get the exact apps, but I'm sure there's similar apps that have the same features. And now that Google Now is working on CM10, I really don't see too much of a point in S-Voice.

I did a a complete wipe/factory reset. Results still the same. Switched to a different ROM. BAM! Beautiful widgets now installable.

I'm on stock deodexed, so maybe that's why. I'd try to push it to your phone from the play store via your computer.

i updated with no problems. just got another one today. on jellybomb.
I managed to install BW earlier with no problem but some of the Widgets didn't work when I dropped them on a screen. They did have an update which I applied today and they seem to work now.
What I find as very odd is that a lot of the apps under "S Suggest" like "CameraAce" have that message "Your device isn't compatible with this version". I'm rooted but have original stock ROM.
I've used the BW Live Weather wallpaper on my last couple of phones. The previous update gave me a white sun instead of yellow, and broke the settings. It said "This application is not installed".
Today's update fixed that but I still have the white sun. Why can I change the color of the grass but not the sun?!?
I've been using BW since my old Evo 4G.. still works on my Note 2 without issue. I'm using stock deodexed LJC.

It didn't work for me. ..yet... I didn't get the WiFi needed error. .. but that it couldn't find a server. .. so I'll try again not at work and better signal.
In using CleanROM SE, just got the phone and rooted so ill have to play around with other roms... the supernote looks good, description wise.
