Please add a Section for the Epic touch 4G ... it's being released on Friday .. and there isn't one for it yet.
yes please add a selection for Epic touch 4g, but please just call it Sprint Galaxy S2 or even Within is better then damn Epic 4G Touch
I do not remember the last time we tried to get 1 added how we did it besides posting in here but if a Mod could remind me/us we would like this added now then days after it comes out.
The HTC phones get up weeks before so this would be nice since it is going to be huge.

Good to see.When a phone does not have a forum come the day it comes out there seems to be a lack of interest on here then.When the Photon came out it took a week after it came out to get a forum going and it never took off because people stopped looking but this will be huge so looking forward to it.

So I've been reading around about the status of the Cyanogen mod port for the GSII. I'm switching to sprint this week and will love to have CM7.
Last I read was that Kush had the phone and is making the recovery work for the phone and then he was going to hand it off to other devs.
Now come the idea. Wouldn't it be easier if the devs had 2 phones so different teams or devs and work on it simultaneously so for example teamhacksung can port CM7 over while kush or someone else is doing there thing.
That's why I propose a pot to get the devs another phone so they know we aren't a community of deadbeats.
I'd be happy to donate $20 - possibly more if funds allow (I'm in college)

someone did this for a nook color when it first came out and that worked. not sure of specifics but it did indeed bring CM7 to it.

Yeah, devs really avoided CM7 and Miui until just recently. Got a Nexus to go with my ET4G and had CM7 and Miui on it within an hour...very different experience

I'm with you. I'm fine with any one of those threads...ONE of them. Just one of them. Once everyone who wants to be in that thread is in that thread it will bounce to the top frequently. When people say "I didn't want to bump an old thread" or something of the like it's a little absurd...THATS WHY THEY BUMP.
Once again, I'm fine with those topics and the ones that are bound to come about that will get the same treatment....just find the topic and post there.

It's the touch with the 4Gs... I assume they meant spots....
So ever since i saw qbking77 video of CM9 i haven't been able to have a life...Everyday i come home from school and first thing i do is check for it on here lol. Okay i know I'm not supposed to ask but does anybody know if this will be available in weeks or months? Because when qbking77 said soon i don't know what he meant.

There won't be any public builds until they fix E911. Last I heard they were reworking the RIL. Check out this thread for a link to the CM9 team blog.

I certainly don't approve of that type of behavior but on the other end I can understand why they are upset. We got the ****TIEST end of the galaxy s2 sick by a mile.
No reason to take it out on devs though.

I have to agree. A serious of unfortunate events has made it so that there has been no work done on our device until late March and even at that its in the backburner.

If you were worried about wether or not or how long before we get root exploit, rest at ease! Also @preludedrew (Andrew Boren) tweeted 9 hours ago he would be available for upgrade June 1st. I tweeted him back that he can probably buy out his contract for <$50, I bought out one of my lines for $75 and it had a year left.
I'm gonna be LTEvo X 2!! Hehehehehehehehe
Edit: Also per Prelude and confirmed by Sprint rep to me.. May 18th is the release date!!
