I try updating my Galaxy Nexus phone running ICS (4.0.4) to the new Jelly Bean (4.1.1).
When looking for new updates it finds the new version, downloads it and checks it. Afterwards I pressed "Restart & Install", the phone shuts down and restarts. I see the Android mascot with a blue shape spinning in front of it and a progress bar below it.
It fills up until about one third and then disappears. The Android mascot appears again this time lying on its back with a red triangle containing a black exclamation mark (!) above its torso (refer screen shot error.jpg).
Afterwards the phone restarts and the Android version is still the old one.
I have attached a screen shot of my system info (Screenshot_2012-07-28-20-14-29.jpg).
Request guidance to do this update. Thanks in advance.

It is failing because something on your device is not stock. Kernel? Radio? Some file you changed? Some file one of your root apps changed? You will either need to look through your logcat to see where it failed, OR, use CWM to install it and it will tell you where it is failing.
When I flash my ZVC ROM inside SBL on my LS970 it says sucessful, but when I reboot, it gives me the white google logo with a little lock at the bottom and then turns of the display and doesn't do anything. Why is this?
So earlier I changed the look of my SuperSU logo and then later on when I went to click on the old logo it said "SuperSU is not installed" or something to that degree so I went ahead and long pressed it and hit "remove" after I made sure the new logo was on my screen. Then I went ahead and restarted my phone and now whenever I try to turn my phone on it keeps restarting and gets stuck on the Sprint Spark screen. What is there to do now? Thank you so much in advance. Another thing I found was odd was before I restarted the phone, I ran Root Checker and it said I did NOT have root access (but I am rooted), I tried wiping the cache and rebooting but same thing, should I try the factory reset?

Hello,
I rooted my One using this Tutorial.
After finish and reboot, SuperSu needed to be updated. I downloaded the current zip-file from there and used twrp for installing it. Afterwards, the HTC-Logo appears for a few seconds while booting and then the screen is black.
Can somebody pls help me fix this?
Thanks!
edit: Maybe, I missed to disable fastboot.
Is there a way to get the phone working again?
