The radio is working well on ARHD 6.1.0...but on cyanogen as well miui I am neither getting 3G nor 2G....is this normal...sorry if this is a known problem...I am on Vodafone India
I read that this radio doesn't work properly in cyanogen and another custom rom. That's all I know about it, hope I could help

Dont match the rils, on unity 2.35 it destroys the APN settings

Same problem here. Tried using Radio_12.62.60.27_26.13.04.19_M and matching RIL with CM7 Nightly #179 on SoftBank Japan but no carrier signal.
edit: Radio_12.62.60.27_26.13.04.19_M works with HTC-RIL 2.2.0018G (Mar 24 2011,20:20:09), the one that comes with CM7 Nightly #179.

I havent had any problems with this radio, its good it works great with Coredroid v8.0
Yes, it works with coredroid 8.1, but it's Sense based . So sad it doesn't work with CM.

Ok ppl im on o2 and using this radio
32.54.00.32U_5.14.05.17
but when I connect to a call I get a 2 second silence after answering or someone picking up (only on my side), could this be the radio or the rom?
The rom im using is Redux.
Should I try another radio, and if so which is best at the moment.

Hello am using the same radio and have no problems at all. am using leedroid rom

updates the rom and still no joy, so I changed the radio to 32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27 and it works fine now

Think I'm digging up an old past here but I'm in need of the latest radio, just flashed a custom ROM and my signal is now rather poor.
Edit: Sourced radio and fixed my issue.
hi my gps no longer works on my desire hd im not entirely sure when it stopped working but i have a rooted phone running rcmixhd 6.1.0.1 with radio 26.09.04.11_M2
any suggestions as to why it wouldnt be working?

yep, when i had this problem finally i was flashed another rom, but later its soo important flash recommender radio AND FLASH HIS "RIL"... look at my syg.. gps works perfect after flash those things

no luck with that downloaded and flashed the RIL and still not working, ironically my dads DHD that isnt rooted picks up gps in identical conditions

OUCH! WHAT are you going to do? flash another rom maybe?
well thats 2 roms that didnt work, maybe try another and if that doesnt work then revert to the stock htc probably

You have to be patient enough to allow the ROM, Kernel and the GPS signal to adjust itself. Today may not work, but tomorrow can. (i'm not sure why, its weird). Lol. Im currently using LeeDrOid v2.2.3 and it works great. =)
Could be a hardware fault.

Which radio and ril works best in Sweden? Now I have this one:
32.44.00.32U_5.09.05.30_2 + Oxygen 2.1.4 rom with the built in RIL.
Wow that's old. Get 5.17.05.23. Everyone says it's working fine. Out doesn't matter what country your in either.

Keep trying radios until your happy with it. Just trial and error. I think I forgot to add that RILs don't make a difference.

hi everyone. I installed CM7 nightly ROM. Everything is working great but just my handfree is not working as it should. I can hear by it but I can't answer a call or pause and play songs. I can't change the song by my handfree's buttons. That's to the handfree.
There is something else I just noticed. My cam quality is not the same as it was when I had the official RUU ROM 2.3 . I don't know why but I'm sure that I'm having everything in camera settings as it should but still not the same, is there is any chance that I can install the 2.3 update's ROM to my CM7 ROM?
another thing... latitude and maps and everything like this is not working as well. I installed them and when I open any of them its says ( make sure u having internet connection) or something like that... any help???

OH YH.. mobile internet doesn't work on my phone while other networks that I tried is working.. VPN settings.. I put it manually and its still doesn't want to connect. Mobinil network is working but Etisalat and Vodafone networks doesn't work. It works before with 2.3 RUU ROM..

Yes I did that. Now maps working but still other things is not . The most important thing is the mobile internet. Why its working on only one network and not the others?? Even after setting up manually

Try another rom. If problem(s) persit(s), use RUU. And if the problem(s) stil persit(s), call HTC.
why don't u try MildWild cm 3.7 it works well
all apps are working well

The phone is fine with everything but only this Rom that has that problems, everything else is working in the other Rom...

I did tried it but hmmm it doesn't have Egyptian Arabic or any Arabic at all. If I could install Arabic on it. I would be using MildWild.
Is that passed on CM7? IS it the same as Cm7? if yes, can u get me download site plz????? Thanks

hi I have recently Rooted my HOX and installed Custom ROm . I am on JB h_038 and 3.14.720 with radio 5.1204.162.29.
I the stock i had good 3g connectivity and the internet didnot drop . now shows connected but i am unable to browse internet on my phoen . does not happen in 2g connectivity and other 3g phones.i have to reconnect it and then it works for sometime and then gets stuck .. i am still on skydragon custom rom .
first installed ARHD
Then Viper 3.3.6
Now on SD v4
Please help me out it is a very buggy issue as the source of internet is my 3 connection no wifi with me .
Anybody out there with the solution please////...
Might be an APN issue. Check in mobile settings or try flashing an AOKP or AOSP ROM and see if it fixes. Something like ICJ or Carbon.

My H.boot is 1.36.0000 i am running Viper X 3.3.7 fully flashed new . with all apps also newly installed .. no viper tweaks done till yet .(that doesnt effect iot also but still) and 3g network keeeps dropping and then i have to again switch off the network and then switch on and it runs for some time and then its shuts down again saying error with the apn ..!! but that apn runs in every other phone for quite some time like 12 -13 hours and then drop .. its a network protection..!!
