I am rooted with unrevoked 3 and want to update to GROUP 2.2. Can anyone post instructions?

I'm pretty sure ANY s-on tool will work if you flash it through recovery

OK, thanks. I was curious because I read in one of the posts in the root thread someone tried to ruu back to stock and it didn't work/screwed up their phone.
