I delete stock gallery on my S3 mini and realize that i cannot change lockscreen wallpaper anymore.

if memory serves me correct some one did upload all the stock apks

This is a Google Drive folder with all the deodexed .apks. I knew it would come in handy.

There is no need to download the .odex file because those .apks are deodexed, so they don't need an .odex file too to work.
Just get the SecGallery2.apk(direct link: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B03kWBzzGaK6aEN4UklEWEJnR00/edit [I hope it works]) and place it on your /system/app folder and set permissions rw-r-r.
