[THEME][FINAL]MusicPlayer[28/3](HONEYCOMB)

Hi again!
I'd like to present you my FINAL music player in honeycomb style.
I've changed the music control PNG's to very smooth buttons.
This time i won't delete the previous version, so you can choose
between the text based music controls, or the new ones

Here is my themed honeycomb musicplayer!
This is my first try to theme something.
So suggestions are welcome!
Credits to Crysis21 and obsessionXYZ for inspiration.

You can use this themed musicplayer in combination with the Valle-mod theme.

Install:
- Download the musicplayer.apk below
- Your phone needs to be rooted!
- Download file explorer from the market
- Put the musicplayer.apk into the system/app folder
- That's it!

Theft, theft, theft. As far as I know everyone here uses eachothers work to create something new. Its quite normal on XDA, the mistake made here was that he should have given you some credit for your work. I agree with you untill that point. And im using simply galaxy and this music player fits way better with my theme than your crysis themed one. So it is useful and original in the way that is differentiates itself from other themes..

agreed man, but he should've asked me, as many others did, and give the credits. I never said no to someone when used my battery and so on... but I encourage inspiration, he should put his head at contribution and do something original. Many apps you see "themed" today, are getting just an color change and that's it. Nothing deep....

Come on man, he took 2 pngs. I had a case that one user took half of my theme (much much more pngs), and the other half was from 5 other themes and only who didn't get credit was me. It is not nice, but also there were a lot of people that used his theme and that is what is important, to please more people.

yes man, you have your right, I have seen your work and I respect you for that. But isn;t bothering when you work weeks for something, brick your phones and flash it over and over again, and when you hae done all the work, some guy sees a little spot missed by you, he fixes and gets all the credit.
XDA should be about innovation, not reinventing the wheel... I think you must agree with that! With no innovation.... nothing new... just changing some colors...

I respect your work too! ofcourse i do. But don't react like that. Ok, i forgot to give you the credits in the first post. So i added them. And it's not only changing some colors. I just help the guy who is responsible for the valle-mod theme. I'm no developer or something. And i don't have as much knowledge about photoshop like you. But at least i try to make something, that matches the valle-mod theme. And make people happy with my work. That's what this is about. And i don't want to ''steal'' something from you. As i said, i already deleted the two PNG's. So there is no need to say i stole it from you or something like that. It's just a theme that matches the valle-mod theme.

Yes, I agree. I was mad, but I kept it to myself. Once I sent a PM to user who also had a lot of my pngs in his theme, but that was it. I know that it is really good to do something all new, but this user took only 2 pngs from your theme. After all, some people liked my theme just with battery icons changed (also done by some other user) and I respect that because I can't please everyone with one theme. Hope you understand, I do understand you and he should give you credit for that.

sorry man for that erruption, but I had a rough day and I just got too mad on you without a real reason. Went for a walk and now I'm relaxed and I see things from another point of view

saw a distinct likeness with the old textures from tayutama's early eclair/froyo theme in a fairly recent theme *whistle* kinda missed those good to see em put to use once again

Anyway, i hope you like my theme this way. I'll continue theming this week and finish it.

I was curious if anybody might want to try and port this amazing theme that I found on the EVO 4G Themes and Apps section. Its actually three different version as stated in the title. I really like the Dragon or the Skulls theme. Check it out here:

I'm really not sure which phone it is. I just did a Google search for Samsung when i first signed up on XDA for a quick icon and never changed it.

Allot of nice elements but as a whole its quite ... "busy"

I guess everyone is entitled to an opinion. I'm just a big cyan fan, and this theme has all the menus and everything else in black and cyan. I have pieced some of the apk's on my phone but once you start mixing several themes together with the rom, it seems I start having problems with my phone. I know a lot of you are not going to like but some people will. I myself, really like it a lot. I have looked at Impaler's guide to making themes, but I guess I must not be to smart when dealing with this stuff.
Just one thing though, if you don't like it, please just move along and don't respond. I'm sure they have spent plenty of time making the theme, just as every developer does on here with the projects they are working on. The maker of the theme told me I could request someone to port it if they were interested, so I thought I would give it a shot.

Im big cyan fan too,check out my CosmicBlue theme that im gonna post today that consist of blue and cyan colors.

But im all for it being ported.. the more themes the better

Gotta hit up "Dreams" to take a look at this. He's into this kinda stuff. Does look different, but I like it to. To anyone else who likes this, you gotta check out "Dream's" H.R. Giger theme. Kinda along the same lines and EXTREMELY detailed!

I second that. These guys put a LOT of time and energy into making this stuff for us. Very rarely do they even ask for a donation, even though it is very deserved. So next time, maybe you could just say "thanks, but it really isn't for me". And if the dev responds, u could point out what u did'nt care for, simple as that. Your comments are appreciated as long as they are "constructive". "Yuck" is no more childish than it is "constructive". Please take your negativity elsewhere......

For those of you that were interested in this theme, it should be released sometime very soon. vlatinlove is the one who is porting this theme and I appreciate all of his hard work. Here are a few screenshots of what he sent me a couple of weeks ago after I installed it on my phone. He has made some changes in the notification area icons and themed a few more parts. Can't wait to see what the final looks like. Thanks again for all of your hard work vlatinlove, love how this looks on my phone.

How to install what you find here:
Copy Zip File onto the root directory of the Internal SD to your mobile phone.
Go into recovery mode (High Volume + Home Button + Power On Button) or press on the Power menu to recovery. (I suggest clearing Dalvik and cache)
Install zip from sdcard
choose zip from sdcard (not apply /sdcard/update,zip)
Search for the Zip File
Then Yes - Install Theme.zip

I'm not really sure yet... I like how samsung has done the greens, blues, blacks and yellows in their theme. Although the signal and battery leaves much to be desired... It'll probably end up 2 themes... 1 greenish and one bluish... lol

That won't win you any friends here... If you read the original post it states the screenshots are jacked up. Probably due to the kernel I'm using. The colors are actually more like the wallpaper...

I'm not sure it will load correctly without some of the files. Are you just wanting it in the stock theme? I can do that.

MAN! It's good to be back in the Epic 4G Touch forums! I've gone through the Evo LTE and Galaxy Nexus and found my way back onto the Epic Touch!

Yeah, everything is okay. White blood cell count was low this week so I gotta have a booster shot and skip Chemo until next week...

Well here we have it, A theme I have been working on and off for a little while now. Joker Theme per say Purple Base and Green Goodness accents:good:

(Rob/TheRealSitek for using some xml code on the base and a Lab Rats Image for the Lockscreen(and a some others.. And a SIIICK keyboard one of the dopest) and his blessing as well to take on the mission!... FryingPan for first taking some time and giving me his blessing to use the Lab Rats ROM as a start and the Goodness theme to start to edit images from. He also pointed out some folders to find things in like drawables etc.Along with answering questions I had navigating morph folders.. Cbucz for testing! and Rob for testing and giving constructive feed back.)
I have released things in other places but nothing in my own thread so I'd like to mention some people...
SkunkApe-Has helped IMMENSELY in my theme'ing, Answering tons of questions upon questions. Offering feedback along with testing things and showing whats messed up where and tips and tricks on how to fix/enhance it. Letting me bother him constantly without trying to kill me yet! JoshBeach-Again another very crucial part in my learning and how far I have come to date. I have spent alot of time chatting with Josh and he has taught me TONS that otherwise would have taken me months to learn im sure. From shortcuts, to setting up my environment, kick ass themeing tricks among may other things I can't even think of them all right now. Sleshepic-Another Team VeNuM Allstar who as well has helped me a lot along my path and showed me the way to XML's!.. Along with trouble shooting with SkunkAPE to get my apktool up and running Like a Pro! DazednConfused-Dazed has helped me with alot of theme'ing questions and help with tools like gimp and others. I also pitch many hard questions his way, and for not having much interaction before I started asking questions he's been a very helping person.. This theme can be flashed on top of the Lab Rats ROM 2.0 and above to 2.2 and it will run awesomely, Keep in mind it is in ALPHA STAGE so I will still make many changes + actually crack into the apk's etc. But don't let the Alpha fool you it is up to par with many other themes out there. I just want more out of it. This is also my first theme although I am releasing it after other work I have done this is the first I started on. It's been sitting on the back burner for sometime and I got some time today and last night to polish it up a lot from where it was. I passed it by Rob?TheRealSitek + FryingPan atleast 5 times making multiple changes each time. A couple times things I clearly missed but their Keen eye's caught it! Thanks for the help guys I really appreciate it!:good: :highfive:

Nice dude first time I seen this looks awsome....Same here ive used a lot of sleshes themes and redid them some wat but I feel confident that I can make one from scratch so hopefully ill put one out soon wit my own signature!!!
