I am trying to install the beach live wallpaper that comes with the samsung infuse. I already have the .apk and I already copied it to /system/app, but when I launch it, it crashes.

No way to have it on something newer than Froyo.

Anyone know if appwidgetpicker.apk will still work on this phone? I don't have the phone yet..

It does as long as you're not using the touching launcher. You have to move it into system/app and change the permissions to match the other apps

It will work on any ROM that is running a launcher besides Touchwiz (go launcher, Launcher pro...) I have not found a way to get it to run on Touchwiz 4.0/Stock Launcher. if you find out how let me know!
Anyone know what folder live wallpapers is located in?

What's your goal?
I had the Sony Xperia Play and loved the PSP live wallpapers. So I have them on my sdcard but can't seem to get them to work. I figured if I put them with the rest of the live wallpapers they would.

Is it possible to get the original grass live wallpaper on the gnex? Maybe just in apk form. This was always awesome.
I did find something for a gallery file or something but it didn't work. The one on the play store is glitchy too.

Rapture is not exactly what Iam looking for.... Its a widget..
I guess some launcher can do the trick.. Something close to flipboard.

I had blink feed on my HTC One and that's what it is, a widget. The closest I was able to come to replicating that on my note 2 was Taptu.
Let me know if you find anything that is closer to it.

maybe Pure News widget. I use this, the biggest one on my whole 1home screen. Its almost the same, but without pictures.
For now, and probably won't be sorted for a while, BlinkFeed relies on HTC's framework for it to work. Therefore it's not possible. The closest you'd probably be able to get would be using multiple UCCW widgets.

Does anyone have or is able to make the Motorola Droid Ultra Clock. Looks amazing with the extra chrome look around the clock itself. I've attached a pic.

Rings Digital Weather Clock in the market looks identical to that.

You could install the RAZR M launcher. Google for the zip file. You'll have to install all apks in the zip (including the launcher) for it to work

The one in the play store is not the same.
Also I would like this aswell , without root.

You don't need root to install a launcher apk or widget apk..

There's a zip in the RAZR forums with the launcher or full package I think that comes with its original clock like that..

It needs modified to work.
And yes I'm vary aware I can install apks etc wo/root.

I think it's this one.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=31816337
You'll need the launcher there as well for it to work. If not, keep looking for yourself..
