[Q] Best Tower Defense Games for E4GT?

What are the best tower defense games for our new E4GT?
I have tried a whole bunch, but some of them the game play is lame, or too easy or for some reason they don't display properly on the screen (also looking for something that really takes advantage of the E4GT's graphics power. iOS has some really good ones, e.g. Tower Madness, Bloons TD 4, dunno why android doesn't...
On the E4GT I have tried:
Fieldrunners
Robo Defense
Empire Defense
Sentinel 3
Anyone have any good recs (paid or free)?

Try dungeon defenders free on android market awesome game with awesome graphics and it runs smooth on the E4GT

Dungeon defenders isn't really a tower defense game. Mythic defense is okay. Wish there was something for android like tower madness or bloons td 4.
I guess I'll keep looking...
Edit: just tried astroid defense, I like it. Has anyone tried asteroid defense 2?

So I tried Gun 'n' Glory and Jelly Defense.
Both are pretty decent. Guns 'n' Glory has a full free version (ad supported) via the android market.
Still hoping the release a real bloons td 4 on android (apparently there is a crappy port of the desktop flash version in the market)...

GetJar has the Ad Free version for Free here
It is a little different in that you can move your defense deployments. Hours of fun!

Well tower madness i like because there are many maps (20+ maps) to play so it has a lot of replay value. Also there are many different towers (like 9+ different tower variations) each with different characteristics (like reload speed, rate of fire, slash damage, power, etc.) and different enemies require various combinations of towers to be successful, really requires planning and strategy. Most of the tower defense games on android don't have that level of complexity. I like bloons tower defense 4 for the same reason.

May I recommend robo defense. Though I've been told that it doesn't work for are device. Dungeon defender doesn't work either.

Both games do work with our phone. Robot defense IMO the GUI isn't very nice, and the complexity isn't really there. Dungeon defenders to more RPG for my tastes. Not saying either are bad games. I am just looking for suggestions to try. I just got jelly defense, going to play that for now.

Pretty sure it's not on Android. Jelly Defense seems to be the closest cutesy tower defense game on Android.

Wait, dungeon defense works on your device? Play thru it for awhile and see what happens. Try getting to the 5th wave.

How would you rate or rank Sentinel 3 with all that you've played? It seems that there are so many various tower defense flavors. It's beginning to feel as if you played one... you've played them all.

you know, if they'd keep movies at 99 cents, I'd never torrent another one again.

That was yesterday's list! It looks like the 10 cent apps will stay 10 cents for the entire 10 days, which is cool. I feel like a kid in a candy store.

Same, would have been interested in nfl rivals most likely too.

ok, i got nfl rivals, i just got onto my computer, n purchased it from there i'm just purchasing every single app they have during these 10 days, because in the end, it will cost about $10 for about 100 apps which are usually paid.
out of the 21 (10 yesterday, 11 today), i already had 4 purchased, which equals about $10 right there.

Reckless Racing PLAY was just added, its the HD tablet version of the game. Runs fine on my sgs2. I payed full price for the original, now I own both versions.

Now that I think about it, this is a genius way to get android users invested in the platform. Why switch when you have amassed all these apps that are worth so much!

That allowed me to install a couple more, did Asphalt 6 and Reckless Getaway work for you? Those still say my device isn't compatible.

They both work for me on stock rooted.

Haha, yeah I've been waiting for this game to get ported for a while now. There's still a few more that I hope to see. I hate hearing the whole "play me at this game" ... searching... searching... Android doesn't have it. "Guess you should have got an iPhone" argument. Despite some of the crappy reviews I'm seeing, it's playing damn smooth for me. And you can't beat free with no ads (yet?)

That's about the only thing apple has over Android..the vast selection of quality games. We're starting to slowly get em but it's undeniable the games are lacking on. Android. I'd love to play gta 3 and ufc on my gs2's larger screen oppose to tiny iPod touch.

we do have GTA 3

I've been counting down the days for this to come out. I've been playing it lately on my old iPad, but the tilting it around just sucks (especially with that slippery aluminium backing!)
I teetered just shy of a million points on the iOS version, now I need to prove to my friend the tilting is what was holding me back.
I've since put my iPad away since I can rock it on my Android devices!

But those were just 2 that came to mind...there so many games that I'd love to have on Android fromiPod touch. Hell if Android made decent mp3 player other than the non expandable Samsung one or freaking 5 in one I wouldn't even got iPod touch.

This game is as awesome as it looks, looks even better on my GS2 , quick question though, for some reason when I'm on games if I don't touch the screen it auto locks as if the app isn't running, some apps like benchmark apps it doesn't do this but games like temple run and nfs it does, any reason why and maybe a solution? Thanks.

There's no concrete release date yet but have you signed up to be notified first? I did. I honestly don't know what it's all about but my girlfriend is going crazy over it. Lol. I suspect it will be out within a week or two.

I tried to find some decent reviews of Need For Speed: Most Wanted - they seemed to mostly say that the game looks neat but it's boring to play? I hate that you have only 15 minutes to decide whether to get a refund or not. The trial period needs to be longer, particularly if it's a game that has to download additional content before it's ready to play. I don't want to pay $6 if I have only a few minutes to decide if I like the game enough to keep it.
Triple Town is kinda fun. I like playing chess with my co-workers using "Chess Time". I got Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit when it was cheap, it's decent, but no "in car" view practically ruins it for me. No first self-respecting car driving game should be released without at least some type of in car view. My kids like "Where's My Water" and "Flick Soccer" by Full Fat.

Sorry, but, any game with "pay to cheat" ("micro transactions") is GARBAGE!
The game looks kind of neat, and the interface seems decent for a phone without a d-pad + buttons (such as the Sony X-peria phones), but I'm sorry, if you PAY for an app you should not be insulted with in-game purchases!
If you want to sell a game at a reduced price (or free) and limit what levels you can play, or how long you can use it before you have to upgrade to the full version, I guess that is legit but not BS like offering to "sell" customers more lives or better weapons. That is more offensive than a slap to the face, it pisses me off. $#@(&*! F#@KING go out of business to all you scumbag corporations that pull that crap!

Pinball Arcade is absolutely superlative for a pinball fan. Last update made it sporadically choppy and sticky left flippers but I'm sure this will be fixed. I like Air Attack HD. Blast Monkeys and Shortyz Crossword. I was looking for Zen Pinball THD but it said it was device incompatible, what's that all about?

I haven't really had the time to play after I finished college. However, right now I am rocking the Wii - Zelda Skyward Sword and N64 - Goldeneye. Command and Conquer - Red Alert 2/Yuri's Revenge was my go to back in the day...I even still have an account and will occasionaly go online.

I am SideFX on steam but my profile seems kind of wonky.

My profile name on Steam (if I remember correctly) is SmugAardvark. On XBL, it's JogCon.
I'm not playing on either all that often, but when I am, it's usually either a Portal, Forza, or CoD game.
