my brother has a spot on the bottom left display on the screen (see screenshots below) of his SE Xperia Arc.
He do sweat a lot, and uses the phone for making and receiving calls a lot...
Could it be the reason that moisture from his sweat has swept into the display.. could it be the problem??? dont know...and dont have warranty in my home country also ... guys please help me solving this problem...

looks like dead pixel?
or someone pressed really hard on that part of the screen.
That's definitely not a dead pixel. Although, it does look like someone pressed the screen in that position a bit forcefully. And that's not going to be covered by warranty.
I do not think it's a case of excessive sweating as you mentioned.

Wierd question I know.
But I have noticed that my screens surface is rough not smooth as 'regular' glas of whatever kind. And after countless cleanings and wipings and whatever the surface stil doesnt have that smoothness where one just easily touches the screen with the finger and moves easily the menu and so on.
Am going to try to take pictures, because I noticed some odd patterns on the screen if a flash light is used.

Who could help me to take a PCB (Mainboard,Motherboard) HD Macro Photo/Scan in Red circle part ?
As I know N7105/SGH-I317M/SGH-T889V are the same.
When I try to DIY improve the WIFI signal, accidentally knocked off two small
resistors, I dont know the correct place of this two small resistors and I loss them.
If u know(or guess) the resistor(12R 18R 20R 47R.....) and size(0201 01005.....) of these two small resistors, pls let me know too.
This lead the Wifi Signal is very weak but the other function all is fine.

As you dropped it it's almost certainly hardware, I would think. But here's what I would do ....
First you might want to try a battery pull. If that doesn't fix a factory reset might (back up all your data, photos, msg etc first).
Next option you could they would be to open it up and check connectors haven't popped out or moved. If still no luck then you'll have to take it for repair.

I have option to send it to Aliexpress Seller, but it is bad idea, I think, cause protection is over.
After a night of turned off phone, display turn on. but after 3min, ruined again. So maybe display cable or something?
You flashed anything on the phone like a kernel or ROM ?
Hello peps,I have observed screen flickering in the "phone" app.Its only been 2 days i purchased this phone.I think there is problem in glueing of my display. Attachment contains photo of display and a video of the issue.It happened for few hours.Try to replicate the issue the next day.Didnt happen again.
