You already have it. It's in the development section. It may not be final, but it's Gingerbread alright.

I want a stock AOSP gingerbread theme with this: No Ciq, SRF 1.2 Compatible, Trans. Notification pull down, and Gingerbread looking 6lock mod.
Hope someone out there can make this theme for me....
I was thinking about making one..it wouldn't be that difficult.
Right now I'm working on the TW4 theme though.

I was. Wondering what the process is to ask to or create a bounty for a dev or group. I personally found that twords the end of my vibrant days, that miui.US had reached a new level of awesome with the carried miui versions and the powermod.
What do we do (if we have any ability in the issue) to get any official support from miui.US or cm or other groups of that nature?

Bountys are a bad idea. I made that mistake once. Patience pays off big. Im pretty sure cm7 is being worked on both unofficially and officially.

I love Cyanogen Mod. I've been using it since my days with my Evo 4G. Now I obviously have the Samsung GS3. Is it possible to run/create a modded version of Cyanogen Mod 10 with features like S-Beam etc. Included?

Has been brought up many many many times. Search the forums...sure, it COULD be done but no one will take it on. Either run CM or run a TW rom

PM a dev and ask then. I wouldn't hold my breathe. It would take many many hrs of decompiling/compiling
