Call T-Mobile. Your MMS settings aren't set up correctly.

Anyone have any solution as to whenever i send an MMS to someone, it will say that MMS was sent but the reciever never retrieves my MMS. ???
I found a cab off of wingster, but when i use it, the following happens:
1) cannot go to "all messages" on message tab
2) will not show windows default message page
3) will not proceed to next step of sending MMS when command is pressed.
4) cannot view any other text messages from today screen.
First - please delete/uninstall the cab file which has caused the problems mentioned above, if you haven't already done so.
Please give some more info as to your current problem:
Can you confirm your MMS messages are infact being sent, and not just sitting in your outbox?
If they are being sent, does this problem persist across multiple networks or just one? (ie. Tmo-Tmo/Tmo-AT&T etc..)
I myself experienced a bevy of MMS issues with tmo TP2 and found that customer service was not much help and had to solve the issues by modifying the registry.
Hi I recently changed my service provider from Mobilicity to Wind Mobile and now I cannot send any text messages.
Every texts I send out results in "Message Not Sent" right after I send out a message..
I did some research and it seems like I need to update my SMSC settings.. However I cannot access my SMSC setting on my S2X by entering *#*#4636#*#* into the dialpad as it disappears every time when I enter it completely..
Does anyone know how I could possibly go about to fix this?
(FYI I'm running Jedi Mind Trick X3)
You have to change your APN settings. These tell the phone what servers and such to send sms through. Hopefully your new carrier's website will have the proper settings on it somewhere. If not, call them.
Sent from my beastly Galaxy S 2.
I've fixed it after alot of trial and error.
Apparently you need to delete all the past SMS from your previous provider before you are able to send any new messages using your new provdier.. on the default SMS app anyway. Handcent and other sms apps works regardless
I'm on most recent firmware and most recent CM10.1 nightly and suddenly MMS pics will no longer send. It tries to send but then fails with messages "message not sent" and "service not activated on network"
This has never happened before and happened all the sudden yesterday. I had sent one pic that did work, then a few minutes later I tried another and it failed in this manner, as have all further attempts. I even deleted all of my sms/mms messages thinking there was something wrong with the messaging program. No help. What it APPEARS is happening is that instead of the program sizing the images down to an attachment-friendly size, it is trying to send the full ~2MB jpegs and it would seem that is too big for MMS. But if this is the case, I have no idea why it would have started doing this all the sudden.
Is there anything in the messaging or gallery programs that I can reset or refresh that might help this?
Thanks

If you can send a SMS (simple text message) then all you need to do is have your provider take you out, and then reinsert you into the network. SOMETIMES, sending a picture to yourself after a battery removal boot can get things going too.....
You also could try the basic and use app manager and clean out the cache of whatever app you're using to send the MMS msg, and retry it. Remember, the MMS takes a while longer to send vice the SMS transmission.
Good Luck!
I have verizon LG3 . i have issues with text message and mms.. Text message stuck in sending. Some times its send right away. And sometimes still sending for like 30 minutes. Hi Ayad,
Did you checked your SMS Message center on the phone settings, also MMS APN (Access Point Name) in the internet settings
Cheers

It's like the push notification isn't activated until a long time or after I send a message. Also when I do send the message to trigger the receiving of messages there is a slight pause that says sending on the outgoing message.

Sorry, I’m interested in buying this phone and I was just stopping by to see what folks had to say about your issue. Could you tell me did you ever figure out what your issue is?
Never experienced such an issue with mine...
I get SMS messages pretty fast after they have been sent (for instance verification codes and so on)
Myne is an EU version if that makes any difference...
