EBay or Amazon, they have full housing replacement.. its a bit expensive like around 40-60 I guess...

it wouldn't be worth it.... Just buy a fancy looking TPU case. It'll cover the chrome bezel.

The replacement housings are often cheaply made (despite their price). I got one for my old Nokia, and the paint was erased just within the first month.
Otterbox Commuter case rocks. Looks a billion times better than on the picture - get it!

True. I have a good deal of scratches on my bezel, but a TPU case covers it all, and now it looks great get a new housing later on

TPU cases are really nice and are under 20 bux, look on ebay or amazon, I got mines for like $2 though. The S-curve TPU case is reminiscent of the Sensation's back even though it was out prior to it.
no use in buying a housing unless it is OEM. The non OEM usually won't fit properly either.

Its fine if you never have to take your battery cover off. After the second time I took the case oft it broke.and it doesn't have the top part near the speaker although it has it in the picture.

I suggest the TPU hybrid case found in the best case ever thread. Shock absorbing TPU on sides and hard opaque plastic on back. Love it.

there were no scratches till now, my HD2 fell down, and little stones made some scratches T.T well not that bad after almost two years..

Why not choose a soft case? If the material of the hard case is not so good, it would be no more helpful.
$49.99 at radio shack for a otterbox defender for my inspire. ya could have got it for like 27 bucks at amazon. but we were on they way to the coast, and didnt want the sand and moisture jacking up my phone.. before that i think 130 bucks for a case and extended battery for my old arse sprint ppc-6700.. from siedio..<----my first smartphone..

I recently got the phone and wanted to show you guys an alternative holster that i havent seen on here. i have the ballistic and zagg but wanted to get the siedio but it came out the day after i got all this lol but overall im very happy with this setup. The Case is a reiko PH01-XXLBK
Also i got a square trade warranty from the app on the phone for 2 years for 99 and 50 deductible if someone is looking for a good deal on aftermarket warranty.

Where did you get the Ballistic from? Yours looks different than the others I have seen. Specificly the way it covers the phone on the front. The others dont have that little drop down in the upper right-hand corner.
I wish this came in other colors besides all black and I'd definitely buy it. With this case, is it still feasible for in and out of pocket maneuvering ??
just got it from ballistics. love the case. the velcro case is awesome, fits perfect and looks very professional with my uniform.

The only ballastic case made for our phones has that dip that you are talking about. Its in the pics of the full review I gave of the case which is also posted on this forum.

I dont doubt you, but look at what I found. I dont know why these are sold as T-989 if they are not. I wonder whats up here. Could it be boot-leg cases? But they are being sold on Amazon. I dont get it.

i went to one of those universal shops in the mall and had them order it for me. it was like 15 bucks. works great.
Those are some of the ugliest cases with the corners...I mean I guess that ads alot shock absorbent but I can't get past how awkward it looks to try it out

Hey guys i just got this case in the mail today. Its called the Seidio Active, it is half silicon and half hard plastic the hard plastic has a nice rubberized grip to it. It feels like a nice strong case, but i haven't gotten to test it out yet,and dont plan on anytime soon! Its doesn't make the phone too bulky it says its only 2.2mm thick with the case on.

seems like it's a good case and does provide some protection against drops. Might get it if I can't find a cheaper case like this.
I use this case and its excellent ibe dropped my phone a couple of times and its done well I just wish it was available in different colors and I got it for around 15$ on amazon however I don't know if its still on sale for that price

I got my Seidio Active yesterday and love the case. It's light but still tough enough to protect the phone in case of a drop. It raises the camera and screen off whatever surface you lay it on and also covers volume/power buttons. Would highly recommend!
+1; I owned an HTC Inspire 4G before I left AT&T for Sprint, and I had a Casemate Tough Case on that, which I loved. Since Casemate didn't make that case for the Nexus S 4G, I settled on the Seidio, and fell in love with it. Now I have one on my Epic 4G Touch, and I couldn't be happier. I was worried about my phone not fitting in the universal adjustable dash mount I have, but it fits even with the case.
This case also comes with the holster option, right? If so, does anyone have the holster? I ordered the device and have been lookimg for a case to purchase.

I ordered Mine after I ordered My E4GT, Got My case in the mail 2 days after I got the phone, Love how it Protects my phone and actually doesn't add too much bulk plus it adds grip so the phones not slipping every which way. It was either this or the Surface, which I have had a bad experience with when I had my EVO 4G, lets just say I'm glad that the silicon won't scratch the phones case unlike the hard shell of the surface.

Yeah at first the case does collect a bit of dust but in like 2 weeks it will stop being like that mine only collects bits of dust under the hard plastic part now and not on the silicon you can see

Interesting the Aluminum case and TPU alike look rather well on the device! BUT I have never used a bumper, only TPU cases; so does anyone know if this would supply sufficient protection from drop damage? I imagine the Aluminum would make the phone more susceptible to cracked screens from a drop but IDK. Thanks and subbed.
Very interesting.. going to purchase a set as well of the TPU ones and see how that is. I'm still loving the Diztronic, but it's starting to lift up my screen protector in two of the corners and it's becoming slightly annoying having to lift up the lip of the case and push the protector back down.

Probably just as well as the TPU ones.. And the TPU ones wont scratch your case up.. that's what I would be worried about with the Aluminum one.

The problem is that I have honestly never used a bumper. I had a TPU case for my
S2 but I never dropped it *knocks on wood* so idk how well bumpers protect from fall damage.

I would think it would provide as must fall protection as a Tpu case of equal thickness and I know for the 3 weeks I had an iPhone the bumper on it seemed to work well
