Vanilla Take-Off -> NoDo 7392 Unlocked -> MangoB2 7712 -> Awaiting Mango Final!
Hello XDA!
I am a new owner of a HD7 now. It's a T9292 Model. And here is the details sheet:
OS: v7.0.7392.0
FW: v2250.21.30102.707 (Was: v2250.09.16901.707)
Hardware Rev: 0002
Radio (Software): 5.65.09.25a_22.45.50.21U (Was: 5.54.09.21_22.33b.50.10U)
Radio (Hardware): A.102.0.D4
Bootloader: 3.1.2250.0 (119314) (Was: 1.69.2250.0(117833))
Chip SOC: 2.2.5.0
It's original and allows SIMs from Pakistan to work. Got it from a HTC store here. I have been struggling with the stickies for WP7 but it's NOT like what it was for HTC Kaiser and HTC TyTN II in the glory days.
I'm not really interested in new custom ROMs. I develop on .NET and that's why I got this mobile. Things is, I'll be trying to publish my apps through YallaApps.com as Pakistan is not supported over at AppHub. I need to update to the latest Mango and start developing until there is hope for us devs here.
Point me to where I should start and I'll proceed from there OK. Provided, if there is such a solution for my HD7.
I'm interested in upgrading to the latest Mango and be able to develop with Visual Studio and deploy on device to test.
Regards
Take a look at Updating to Mango threads, there is also hacked file that enables updating to mango on phones that have no Chevron unlock.
Your OS version is 7.0.7392 [nodo] so if u don't have dev unlock.
U must go back to older version by flashing rom.here
And get to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1101344 and pass all how to.
if u do all that u will done unlock, pervent relock, update to nodo, prepare to update mango, update mango and get unlock back.
a goal of all step is getting unlock without dev unlock in mango.
And u will can deploy ur app.
Ouch!
I was afraid of that...
So lets see...
Firmware dictates that I need to download ROM CV #707. I have chosen this: BR: RUU_Schubert_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.57.707.02_Radio_5.52.0 9.16_22.33a.50.10U_by_ansar
Now, that's a branded ROM so I just need to run it. Right? Also, is it "old" enough for me to proceed?
After that, I believe I'm to follow this step:
NoDo Update Guide: How To Pass ChevronWP7 from OS 7004 to OS February 2011 update and 7392 NoDo
which is very well written and explained.
And lastly, I shall proceed to MangoB2 Update Guide: How To Pass ChevronWP7 from OS 7392 [NoDo] to OS 7403 and 7712
Right! I have downloaded all the packages and printed the threads.
I need to know if these point make any issue:
I already have a fully updated Zune installed
I downloaded Windows Phone Backup v1.6
Another question: There is only one PKS file available here. I'm using that. Also, where are the backups saved? I need to redundant them to a network share just in case for a rainy day.
Hmmm. BR: RUU_Schubert_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.57.707.02_Radio_5.52.0 9.16_22.33a.50.10U_by_ansar is not working for me. It always ends at "ERROR 260 CONNECTION"
Backup Saved in
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Phone Update
Thanks a million buddy. I was wandering around that folder but you nailed it for me.
Oh boy... I think I'm getting the error because my HD7 is not really Branded by anyone. It's just HTC HD7... no T-Mobile etc. I was trying the wrong ROM. Now I needed unbranded and that thread is under maintenance by Ansar. I wonder which ROM i should download from there? ... Progress Halted for now
Umm.
I think ur hd7 is branded by HTC Asia like me.
If u flash wrong brand rom. It will tell u on phone.
ERROR 260 CONNECTION not look like be rom problem.
Make sure u boot in to 3 color mode and ur computer install driver for that mode correctly before start flashing.
Unbranded rom is for flash crossing zone of device.

Okay. Doing the last NoDo now. have taken a couple of backups. I'm wondering where are the archived backups that Windows Phone 7 Backup utility mentions before taking a newer backup?
Alert! Alert!
Okay. all went well. I saw the latest numbers in About. MangoB2 done. BUT, i took a backup and after the backup was complete, the WP7 Backup utility told me to disconnect o that the pone reboots... that never happened... phone is stuck now... if it use the power button, it reboots and comes back to the connect to PC screen. upon connecting, nothing happens. if i run Zune, it alerts me to restore to a earlier point.
What am I to do?
Okay... so after a while of fear.... I decided to let Zune restore. I took proper backups after every stage. So I restored to the point where I just installed MangoB2 7712. It worked. Restore was successful and HD7 is OK.
Question: Now it'd unlocked and freely accessing internet, how do I prevent a re-lock?
In other news: Zune just said it has an update for itself and crashed while trying to install complaining about a component failure...
Observations: If I take backup using WP7 Backup, my device hangs after I disconnect cable and I have to restore again as it is stuck in a loop
Prevent re-lock is done edit registry by using CustClear.provxml .(if not prevent it will relock everytime u connect to Zune.)
About Zune after u using mango beta u should install zune beta too.
About backup I don't know the solution.i had to restore too

Can you point me to the thread? I found a thread last night that mentioned the use of a registry editor for WP7. But I do know that No RegEdit is working with Mango B2 ATM. So CustClear.provxml is the way to go.

My Zune keeps saying an update is found and installs it immediately just to repeat the same cycle. Where is the direct link to the full Beta offline setup?

I can live with that for now.
More questions:
Can I connect to Visual Studio and start developing?
Whats my current scenerio with the limited-sideloading-apps thing I just stumbled into yesterday?
Can I use the original Branded HTC ROM to downgrade to 7004 right now? I might end up registering my device through YallaApps and so may not need to unlock manually?
i think ur device is still unlock can u send me Update_Mango.xml from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1101344

I've heard the same thing, and as far as I know, it's not going out via Zune (I've not got it, or seen it on either a Taylor or a Panther). I think we'll just have to wait...

The update isn't there yet, but I suspect it'll go there before anywhere else.
i've searched in google about this and understood that zune must flash this update, but it haven't caused. I think a special version of zune exists (not 4.7).

I very much doubt you'll find an update, and I'm even more sceptical that it'll be on Zune. 4.7 is the latest version I know of, there might be some linking to Live IDs, or maybe only some devices/LiveIDs get the update.
Hello All,
I just wanted to chime in and say that I also have a GW910 and it also claims to be 100% up-to-date on version 7.0.7003.0
I just wondered if you lot all think that we will even get the update in 2011 at all.
Also... do any of you know what will happen regarding firmware updates (radio etc)?
I ask because I have a problem here in Luxembourg where my phone loses connection to HTTPS sites after a while. It can still connect to the internet but to anything related to HTTPS (SSL etc).
I know that it isn't a fault with the phone itself (Hardware) because it only happens when I am travelling around and my phone has to change between 3G and Edge quite often. It I stay at home, there is no problem at all.
Comments anyone??

I think we probably will get an update, there's not much point having developer hardware if we're developing on software that's out of date.
Radio updates etc I'm less sure about, my Taylor says the radio is from August, though the OS is much more recent.
That sounds like an issue with the general OS, and it may be being patched anyway, I'd see if you can submit that as a bug (via Connect) or via the on device feedback mechanism (can't remember how to access it, but I remember it being there).
According to this thread http://forums.create.msdn.com/forums/t/77100.aspx, no dev phones will be updated.

You need NoDo in order to get Mango, so no. I still have my Panther, I'm just waiting on the next batch of hardware this fall so I can change over.
I found a copy of the ChevronWP7.Updater and was able to update my pre-release LG GW910 build 7004 to NoDo. After I did that I was able to install Mango beta 2.

Here is how I was able to get Mango installed on my pre-release developer phone (LG GW910).
NOTE: These directions are slightly modified to work as if you were starting from build 7004 (maybe 7003). After I the Chevron update I to install Mango beta 2 but received a 80180048 error. I used the backup that was created to get it back to the state just prior to the Mango update process.
The steps I took starting out with build 7004.
Run the ChevronWP7.Update twice to bring the phone up to build 7390 (NoDo)
Use the "Walshed" Phone support tool to put the device in a state where it can receive official updates - http://blog.walshie.me/walshed-phone-support-tool-official-fix-to-get-you-back-on-track
Be sure to follow the instructions and select ALL of the languages the keyboard supports.
Then following the Mango beta 2 installation instructions.
Mango beta 2 should install without any issues.
IMPORTANT: Uninstalling the Zune software will DELETE your backup. I created a RAR archive of the backup but kept it in the same folder and everything was wiped out.

Hello,
I have tried what you say, but sadly the ChevronWP7.unlocker doesn't seem to work.
I get the Black screen where is asks what language, and whatever I select the screen simply closes.
What OS did you use? Was it a 64bit OS or 32bit OS?
I want to try it again, but at the moment I am stuck.
Thanks
nebc100
P.S. would you be willing to send me a copy of the ChevronWP7.unlocker that you used?
If so PM me, and I will send you my e-mail address.

If you have tried it, disconnect your phone, reboot it, then connect it and wait for Windows to tell you the device has been correctly installed (if that hasn't happened yet). Then try ChevronWP7.Update again.
I used the 64-bit version. I'll find and post the link I used to download the app.

There seems to be a misunderstanding in your communication. It seems as if you had a Panther that already HAD 7004 loaded on to it, which allowed you to updated all the way to post-Nodo.
There is currently no way possible for the Chevron Updater to bring a 7003 Panther up to 7004. Useless Guy even opened up the source code and tried to force the program into update his device and it did not work.

Hi all,
I have a solution for make a chevron functionaly again.
For all, who was a last WP7 update from Microsoft (ZUNE).
Step 1) Restore a phone WP7 OS build. Synchronize phone with Zune - check for updates - than hit the restore button. I have a last update (OS build 7.0.7008 - after restore have OS build 7.0.7004)
Step 2) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=857127&page=86
Step 3) Aplly chevron http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=938106
Worked perfectly for me on my HTC 7 Trophy.
How do we make chevron functionally again without restoring?
And you said after the restore you had version 7004. But with 7004 you can't install the NoDo update.
I think we should wait for WPDM, it is still in private beta. WPDM is able to unlock the phone without the need of Chevron.
What is wrong with the Chevron tool?
By last update do you mean the pre-Nodo update?
I hard reset my focus then flashed the update through Zune, and used the Chevron tool to unlock again without any issues, side loaded the apps I had prior the update. Is the issue people experiencing only prevalent with HTC phones?
after nodo chevron doesn't work

Not true. I only reset because I was having issues with Zune and the Zune driver loading on my PC. I was also testing to see if the cert. installed when unlocking was in conflict with the Zune cert. Till this day I cannot get zune running on my desktop but it works absolutely fine on my laptop.

After hard reset on second updated on my htc mozart, chevron still works but can only install 7 apps from deployer, after that always appear an error, i did 2 reset came out with the same result

I'm having issues as well.
I've installed the cert and deleted developerservices.windows.com a few times now, but when I run Chevron, it keeps on poppingup the error msg of having trouble communicating with the phone.
I don't want to go through another hard reset. That's way too many just to get this phone running.
My original problem was that I couldn't deploy apps anymore, giving me the error that it could not communicate with my phone due to it being locked or zune has not been connected.
Help!!
@alphamale156 did you lock ur phone again after prevent to lock it again with the registry hack? If so no chance u can unlock it again, u must do the harf reset, thats what i did.
Because chevron works fine on hard reset wp last update but got an issue after the chevron works which is on the unlocked phone with the latest update
Any suggestion?

no need to hard reset after the update

I am in USA and have the DVP running 7355. At this time there is no way to get Chevron7 running.
In fact on 7355, I am very limited. No Chevron7 and EM is missing many of the menu item found in earlier versions.

no problemo
I think the problem most of us are having right now is Chevron no longer sees the device. After zune loads I try to launch chevron and it can't even find my phone. As a result my device is now locked and my side loaded apps are deleted as I try to launch them.
Everything worked great up until this weekend. 5 weeks trouble free, now this.
I've reinstalled the cert, I've even redone everything on a clean win 7 machine. No good. I'm convinced that since the zune update something in the phone will not cooperate for chevron or zune stops traffic. Seems like the consensus is to reset the phone and reinstall zune with network cable unplugged.
UPDATE:
I figured I would clear up somethings from my post last night. Originally I had rolled all the way back to pre-nodo to unlock and was really over doing everything.
After unlocking mango on my phone that way I decided to try my girls hd7 by just adding custclear.provxml to the windows directory on nodo while unlocked.
So here the updated step by step. So far its only working on HTC devices.
1. Make sure that you have nodo unlocked and download the latest HTC Connection setup from the MARKETPLACE.
2. Place the CustClear.provxml from this post in the windows directory on the phone. There is a number of ways to do this. I used Windows Phone Device Manager but you could also use the Chevron Ringtone App to get it to the phone and TouchXplorer to move to the windows directory. Or Remote Suite, etc. Included in the provxml is developer unlock, max apps, and prevent relock.
3. Update to mango.
4. As soon as mango starts run HTC Connection setup. And your unlocked.
Ive had mine unlocked since last night and hasnt relocked itself. Ive synced with zune several times, Sideloaded over 10 xaps and everything is going great.
So thats the short version of it. Had a good feeling it would work without going all the way back to pre-nodo. So if youve already upgraded to mango you can just restore your unlocked nodo and restart.
Im glad I got to help out the community. Im in no way a genius when it comes to this stuff though I wouldnt say Im in the dark. Just put the old regedit trick to work.
If I helped you please hit the Thanks button.

Currently sideloading them right now. All work so far except advanced config. But that has to do with mango itself.
Ive connected to zune multiple times to sync music...Only thing Im doing a little different is instead of zune I use wpconnect to sideload app.. its just quicker.
Still unlocked... Im over 10 xaps already so Im pretty sure the limit also stuck.
Other than known problems with any app that accesses parts of the file system on mango...I dont remember the specifics but touchxplorer probably wont work either though I havent sideloaded that one yet to confirm.
So far its holding.
EDIT: TouchXplorer does work. But TouchXperience does not. So no WPDM.

Actually yah. Didnt even think about that since I always just uninstall that after I use it. Uninstalled it on pre-nodo if it matters.
Only thing I had on the phone when I upgraded to mango was all the basic stuff that comes with the phone originally and HTC connection setup downloaded from the market while on nodo..thats it.
Alright, im gonna give it a try and see if works
Now i gotta wait 2 hours again for the update

I did it a total of 3 times. Second time like an idiot I forgot to apply the prevent relock after I installed it.
Probably dont have to go all the way back to pre-nodo if you havent installed mango yet and have it unlocked already or if you wanna just do a restore through zune. Pretty sure youd just have to make sure the the custclear.provxml is in the windows folder before you update to mango. Im gonna give this a shot with my girls phone when I get some more time..
So far no problems at all. Only app I installed that didnt work was advanced config and TouchXperience.
Now I try, do not know can not succeed
Thanks I Unlocked my HD7

Awesome was waiting for a confirmation. Did you have to go all the way back to pre-nodo or did you try with nodo unlocked?
Most of what I did probably was unnecessary but I wanted to be thorough so I didnt have to do it again. Most likely can have sideloaded apps on the phone when updated to mango just wont run until you run HTC connection setup with that custclear.provxml

I did the normal pre-nodo chevron unlock.
Install the prevent relock xap. After running uninstall it.
Updated to nodo via zune.
Then I installed HTC Connection Setup from the marketplace..(dont sideload it).
Ran it once.
Then I made a custclear.provxml with developer unlock, max unsigned app, and prevent relock. I set the attributes to read only on my PC. Then copied that to the windows folder via Windows Phone Device Manager.
Then I uninstalled TouchExplorer from the phone. Just to make sure there wasnt any sideloaded apps on there before I updated to mango.
Updated to mango by the bat files from windowsphonehacker blog.
Then I ran connection setup and voila unlocked.
I attached the file I made to help people out.
Im gonna redo this post just wanted to get it out there.

Im glad there are another two Chinese friends have unlocked their HTC phone successfully.
I was wondering is there any similarities between HTC connection and Samsung tools we can make full use of to unlock my Omnia 7.

Discussion of "WARES" is NOT allowed on XDA. This means any app/game/etc that costs money to buy, but some have figured out how to get for free. You risk the ban hammer by talking about wares.
I am from 7661 back to nodo, then according to your method is successful, when Nodo has escaped from prison

Yup im assuming as long as the custclear.provxml file is in the windows directory while on nodo.. And HTC connection setup has been downloaded from the market also on nodo then after you upgrade to mango that file will be right where HTC connection setup will read it.
Im testing this way right now on my girls hd7. I'll report back.

Hi,
is there any solution like this for my Samsung Omnia 7?
Sounds good so far
I use the backup to back my locked Mango to NoDo.and then, acrroding your method ,i have also unlocked my Htc Mozart from NoDo to Mango.
Thanks.
Can confirm that you can just put the provxml file in the windows folder on an unlocked nodo with sideloaded apps etc... Make sure connection setup is downloaded from the market and upgrade to mango. Then run connection setup first. Then all the sideloaded apps work fine. Didnt uninstall anything.
i am developer unlocked also applied provxml after boot but after update from 7720.60 to 7720.68 touch explorer and advanced config give win32 error or crash out yet registry access is still here . Yet all worked in 7720.60? need to be able to move provxml for next update help???
remove sideload limit xap still works also
Do you have a CustClear.provxml in your Windows folder? If so, run Connection Setup again. If that doesn't unlock TouchXplorer, I don't know what to tell you - I'm on .68 and they work fine.
Use max usigned apps, and make sure you have the latest versions of the xap's, works for me

I did run connection setup with provxml in windows directory now all is wrong they all worked in betas and RTM 7720.60 but no longer work I did use max unsigned apps app but need now to copy provxml to win dir before anymore updates arrive bur how. I am genuine developer unlocked also

advanced config are now in Setting not anymore like in NODO.Check your setting.I receive win32exception when I open it.When I check Setting it was there together with registry editor.
it was under settings as was new version reg edit but all gone and cant install again not allowing it
i believe your mango is locked.Downgae to NODO and try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1287505 I use this method and i'm unlock
I am afraid that HTC or MS has blocked the only way to interop unlock HTC devices in mango 7720. Running connection setup doesn't unlock anymore. I've tried everything. I 've read that Ansar has found a method to unlock official mango but he hasn't released it yet.

Agreed - I have given up trying many different ways to get my HTC VZW Trophy to final Mango with interop-unlock; it just doesn't work. I see a few people claiming they have been able to but I am not sure they start with the stock ROM or have flashed a ROM they start from.
Here is hoping for Ansar or Heathcliff!
The reason it works for me is that if you were in the beta, you get 7720 and the HTC update in separate steps, and can either unlock before applying the HTC update (using Connection Setup) or you can just not install the HTC update (or roll back after installing it, which I did).
The tool linked here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1287505, will allow you to use the Mango beta upgrade path. If you follow the instructions exactly, you should be fine. Be careful of the final HTC update, though - once that's installed, it blocks HTC's ComFileRW.dll and ComRegRW.dll libraries.
Among other things, that means Connection Setup can't read the CustClear.provxml file in \Windows\ anymore, so it won't provision the unlock. However, if you want to features in the HTC update (Connected Media working, for example), you can install it so long as you were interop-unlocked first; it doesn't re-lock the phone. HOWEVER, that does mean that if you ever get re-locked, you won't be able to unlock again without rolling back and losing everything since the update.
Technically, you can still use XML provisioning to copy CustClear.provxml to the Windows folder, or to set the unlock registry keys directly. That only works if you're already interop-unlocked, though. :-(
I followed this procedure a couple of times. Here is a snippet of the instructions and where I failed. Note this is with a Verizon HTC Trophy that has the CDMA radio and came with NoDo stock ROM. I am an AppHub developer so was able to do Dev-unlock.

---------- Post added at 07:35 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:28 PM ----------
Additional info - when Zune said it was doing the ISV update the text in the line below said it was updating to 7720.68 so I am guessing the VZW HTC Trophy went straight to the final and did not even do the beta.
I could also never get it to want to do the HTC update afterwards and it appears the 7720.68 contained the HTC update embedded with it. I vaguely remember reading somewhere else in the forums that the VZW update to Mango had the HTC driver contained within it and may be the way they rolled out the CDMA version. This is my theory at the moment and why other non-CDMA HTC devices are successful.
Ah... that sucks. The retail upgrade for all HTC devices includes the firmware update, but my update did not. That's a pain, though.
went back to no do unlocked used ansar u2b2 and it went straight to 7720.68? and is fully locked now, please help.
Hm I see some of you have the same problem as me. I tried it also with petbede's instructions, however I did not get the HTC update. While I was still on Mango B2 Refresh, I got the final Mango Update and the HTC update. I don't hope I am locked out from the HTC homebrewed DLL tools as well.
However Heathcliff confirmed that the new HTC update shouldn't be a problem to the WP7 root tools (see here).
Hey Guy's
I would like to upgrade my phone on mango! But in the Market Place there is no HTC Connection setup. Or where can I get the app?
what u mean>>
What does the Connection Setup have to do with upgrading to Mango?
I would like to update mango but with jailbreak!
I've read that you need the htc connection setup to keep the jailbreak on mango!
I have the HTC 7 Pro Version 7008 with jailbreak and I want to update it on Mango with Jailbreak but it doesent work
PS: Sorry for my english
HTC Connection setup is missing from marketplace.
U want one click at dot.
Interesting that it's not available anymore. I just checked on my HTC and on 3MktPlace. Nowhere to be found. Im sure someone has the xap somewhere though
Thats the problem it is no longer in the market place.
Does someone has the xap file?
I've read that if you install the connection setup via xap and then update on mango that the connection setup uninstalled and the jailbreak is gone
i upload it(at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=18109793&postcount=5) but if u update to mango phone will relock and u can't use that HTC Connection Setup
Thanks i'll test it and report then.
Sorry but if i click on the Link there is no xap

I am pretty sure that revoking of Connection Setup from marketplace has nothing to do with jailbreaking.
There is possible problem with some versions of ConnectionSetup after update to 7720.
On my phone, after update to 7720, only ConnectionSetup 1.2 2020.30266 works fine.
With ConnectionSetup 1.5 2022.40273 when I click on checkmark I receive message I mentioned "SIM card of .... carrier detected. To apply correct settings, we need to restart you phone. Do you want to restart now?" and can not do anything.
I tested both on same rom.
I think that 1.5 was latest version that was on marketplace until official Mango roll up.
folks, check here. I uploaded the latest version for him here.
the HTCAppManifest.xml says this:
<App Title="HTC_Connection_Setup" Version="1.11">
it's from the latest HTC OEM package. The files in the package are hidden when you unpack them Make sure you have see hidden files and operating files checked in explorer.
You can use Resumable XAP to deploy.

Ah, then I shall wait and hope HTC releases it again on the marketplace. As a side question, if you roll back to NoDo to go into the interop-unlock sequence, will this version of Connection Setup run on NoDo?
I see many people with successful interop-unlock to final Mango upgrades were coming from the Mango OEM RTM (which appears to have this version of Connection Setup). If one were just on NoDo and follow the various procedures in these forums to get interop-unlock, exactly what version of Connection Setup do you use at each step?
Those of us on NoDo only have/had the 1.5 version that was on the marketplace and trying these upgrade paths fail since this version does not work on Mango. We did not do the custom upgrade to the OEM RTM that was leaked on here.

I don't think anyone's sideloaded Xap file of connection setup will work on updating phone to Mango.
In the sequence of tricks to update Mango keeping dev unlock, people should deploy custerclear.provxml then update then activate connection setup(this app must be installed from the marketplace or coming along with original ROM of the device) then you can use other sideloaded apps after this activation.
If Connection setup is a sideloaded one, it will be revoked. INTEROP-LOCK now is still a pain for HTC phones as there is still no way to interop-unlock HTC devices.
Another choice is run RPSL/HSPL with older version of SPL then flash custom ROM.

I am in total agreement. I have given up for now until someone figures how to interop-unlock HTC Mango directly or HTC releases a new Connection Setup that runs directly from Mango final without having it from the original ROM.

Do you have Verizon Trophy (aka SparkW) or original Trophy (aka Spark)?
If you just need unlocked rom for normal Trophy you have already unlocked mango roms:

That version doesn't work fine for me on Mango. I tried 1.10, 1.11, 1.5, 1.9... No luck.
I attached the only version that works fine on my phone, and that is 1.2.
I extracted it from latest HTC update for Spark.
Unfortunately HTCAppManifest.xml is broken, so it can not be deployed with all known deployers.
Fortunately it can be deployed with Resumable XAP

Unfortunately I have the Verizon Trophy, so seem to be the worst case scenario for getting interop-unlocked Mango out of all WP7 devices.
