[Q] Any clue to part item #09236 ?

A sales person from AT&T noticed a accessory that referred to something about a dock with a promo price. It was $1. Part #09236. I had him go ahead and ship it. I have no idea what it is.
Any clues?

I ordered it as well, through the same manner...called in and asked what accessories they had, that popped up as a "dock" (the only one beside the laptop I might add) and I ordered it because the customer service rep immediately said "and of course I'll waive the 5.99 shipping!"
That was on the 22nd. The order status page backorded it a few days ago, then cancelled =/

My order is still on processing. I ordered a car dock today and it shipped today. I called and ask a rep why this ones still processing. What a butthole she was! I'm very polite when I talk with reps. Come tuesday when it's not here, I'm providing a free verbal lashing.

Just checked it in our POS, and it now says 'PVT TEST SKU MOT'
Sorry, but I doubt if you'll recieve anything other than an email from at&t saying your order was stopped.

[Q] where to buy a gsm galaxy nexus

im looking to buy a galaxy nexus for t-mobile. first off i want to know, about how much should i spend? where is the best deal? how does warranty work? and how well does it work with TMobiles network? Do the cdma cases fit as well? any help will be appreciated thanks!

Best bet is newegg, they have an unlocked US GSM

I would try negri or expansys. You will have warranty through them. You will NOT have warranty with newegg or amazon. And I also suggest waiting till February and see if the 32GB comes out. 16gb version price will probably go down. You might find a good deal on a slightly used one from somebody unloading to get a 32GB nexus aaaaand, it gsm version might officially be released in the USA and then it will be safer to buy through newegg or amazon. Anyways, buying through newegg or amazon right will only only allow the exchange/return period as your warranty. Not good if you ask me.

All GSM phones come unlocked.
Newegg, Negri, Expansys are all good choices. Can't really go wrong with either three.
I personally bought mines from Negri (look for coupons if any exist and you can get a good % off)
Keep in mind that the white GN and GSM 32GB GN is coming out at the end of February (or so) if you're interested in that.

personally i recommend negri electronics. they're one of the best places to get it. also currently the cheapest. and they honor the years warranty from samsung at no extra cost. they also include a US adapter.

also, keep in mind that the 32GB version is coming in a little over a month, so if you need more than 16, you might want to wait.

Adapter? I ordered mines and didn't come with an adapter. Worked in the wall just fine. I had a yakjuxw build. You might of gotten the UK version so it needed a US adapter, that's probably it.
But regardless, Negri has great customer support + fast shipping. Would buy again, take a look at them. Definitely the cheapest and google around for a coupon (as I mentioned before.. you might save some more!)

I purchased mine from Negri. Had a problem with the first unit, would not recognize my SIM card. Had to pay for a second unit to be shipped while I sent the first one back. Sent the original back in the same box the next day, never even opened the headset or charger. They told me would only take 10 to 12 days for them to issue the credit on the device. They received it on December 19th still no credit and they are not responding to my emails. Now I have to dispute through my c/c company. As far the second part of the question, my GNex works great on TMOUSA! I have not had any issues with the phone working on their system and the speeds are pretty good, not LTE good but still good. I'm getting over 7Mbps down and upper 1's up, I'm outside Philadelphia.

I just checked today and I see that Amazon and Best Buy are both selling the Optimus G for $49.99 on new contracts AND ON UPGRADES!
I have been waiting for this price on upgrades for awhile now... just wish I could get free activation too!

Got mine yesterday. 49.99 plus I signed up for the $50 gift card for a 2 year contract extension that they said they give to anyone that mentions it. They didn't even check or look it up, just had to mention it. I was holding out for the Note2 to come down in price but after some research on the LG I went for it. So far it is an awesome phone and for a total of $3.84 in taxes and sprints $35 activation I think it was a good deal. Anyone want a rooted Evo 3d with Android 4.2.2 pacman rom? :laugh:

It was Best Buy. Apparently all you'd have to do is mention the $50 and they scan a gift card from behind the register. I asked if he needed to see anything or look up my email and he said no. When I signed up it said in the ad that the coupon lasted all year.

When I got mine it was on sale for 99.00 they gave me a50 gift card and I got the free LG Bluetooth headset, value of 70$. :screwy:

It sucks because I tried to get my upgrade today, a week early, just to get this phone from Best Buy. Tomorrow it goes off sale at Best Buy, and I'm not sure how long it will be $50 on Amazon. If anyone has ordered a phone from Amazon, how is there warranty/protection service with phones. Only reason why I want to get this phone from Best Buy is due to the protection plan.

Best Buy will price match, so if it is still on sale with Amazon when your upgrade is up then just show them Amazon and they will price match.

I'm still undecided. $50 shipped to Canada is a pretty good deal but not quite $35. I did get that message once after entering the code however.

Weird. So I have the confirmation page with Invoice number. However no email confirmation or any invoices in my account history.

I think it's ok, I saw that in their FAQ:
"Q: Can I use this adaptor overseas?
A: Yes, as long as the plugs fit into the wall. You can also use an international plug adaptor. The switching power supply is capable of 100 - 240V."

Sold out everywhere around me as well. That's upsetting. Android Central tweeted about this yesterday/today and I normally read all my tweets and I somehow missed it. Would have ordered a couple.

Got excited because my local store had them "in stock" ordered 3, drove down, someone else picked up the last one right before I got there. Everywhere around me is now out of stock. Bummer.

Yeah, when I checked online for local inventory, almost 10 stores all had them in stock. I ordered 4 but when I went to pick up they only had 3 in stock. Then when I got back to my office, everyone couldn't believe how cheap I got them for and wanted to order some too. So when we looked online for local pickup, ALL 10 stores were sold out. That was in a 2 hour timeframe.

Are they clearance'ing these out or something?
I bought 3 back when I got my N5. Great charger. I use one at work, sent one to a friend, and still have one in a box at home.

Back in stock. I just hit the link and saw these were still available.
