WM 7 can't make phone calls

If Wm 7 lacks basic features like side loading ,copy/paste I guess it can't even make a regular phone call. LOL

it is already confirmed, windows phone 7 can make a phone call.

i think he was just trying to be funny but why open a new thread to complain about whats being complained about in almost every thread in this section

That's because Microsoft cunducted surveys and found out that the average consumer does not need to make phonecalls. As long as it's possible to show the stats of your Xbox live account everything is fine. Who needs phone calls. It's a complete waste of power. Leaving it aside improves battery life and usability

im a new owner of desire hd, and actually im looking for hd2 but quite hard for me to get new stock at my place.
is there any possibility that i can have winmo and also android like hd2?

On a lighter note. WINMO isnt available for the DHD at the moment.
It possibly wont be in the future.

hahaha... i just change from touch pro2 to desire hd, some of my regular apps not available in market so i am limited to my full capabilities.. thats y im posting this question hoping that there is solution to my problem.. thats all..
i used to trade forex from my phone, now i cant due to my forex broker only have mobile terminal running on winmo not android...
any emulator to run cab file on android?

unfortunatly , no cab emulator to my knowledge as android is linux based.

[Q] MLB PowerPro 2010 - Screen Resolution Problem

Ok, so I downloaded this game a while back on my HTC HD2 running android and it worked perfectly! It worked so good that I actually saved it and when I got my HTC EVO I decided to play it on it....the only problem is that it doesn't work as well as it did on my HD2. I don't know how to explain this but here's a couple of pictures of what the problem looks like and I think it will explain my problem.

What I'm looking for is for someone to explain to me how to fix this problem. Do I edit one of the files within the apk or does it have something to do with my device (I don't think is my EVO because all other apps work without any problem) or do I just do something completely different? I NEED HELP PLEASE!!
Anyways, last but not least...here's my specs for my HTC EVO, just in case that helps in any way...
ROM: CyanogenMOD 7
Baseband Version: 2.15.00.11.19

Hey guys, i cant unlock my bootloader on my arc S therefore i have to use a stock based rom. And my question is which is the best?
ive used JJ and now im using Beautiful ICS. But which one has more features and a good support with updates?
i thing the jj Rom had the last update a half year ago.

When will people learn? There is no best ROM. Go and try them out yourself, there is no best for everybody. Download one, give it a try, if you like it, keep it, if you don't, take another one. We can't tell you, which one is the best.
Besides, there have been many topics about that. Use search tool, you will see all such topics are locked for a reason. And so will this one.

This kind of questions keep coming out on Q&A. We need to add a sticky about this best rom issue.

Unable to connect to PC in downloading mode

Hello,
Soft bricked this phone when installing CWM. Now i'm trying to flash with odin, but my computer doesn't recognise it. I keep getting this msg when I plug it in when it's in DL mode:

I'm running windows 8.1 and already been playing around with several drivers, tried to force install some, but no luck either. Does anyone have a solution for this? I saw some people had problems with win8, and others didn't, been looking for something for 2 hours now, would be nice if someone could help out. Thanks! :good:

Windows 8.1 is the culprit dude. win 8 and 8.1 are different. My Gio works with windows 8 but it shows exactly same error MSG on win 8.1

Heh, that really sucks. So weird though. I got no problem with other Samsung devices in DL mode and I thought they all used a similar protocol.
On my way to an internet cafe I guess, hope they don't get mad. :laugh:
