Can the sense clock be put on MIUI for this phone or is it still not possible even on an HTC?
Sense clock won't work on an AOSP roms as they do not incorporate any manufacturer's skin's framework. Fancy widget and beautiful widgets both have HTC skins that look identical to the sense clock.

AFAIK you can't use Sense's clock in a vanilla ROM, nor on Launcher Pro. What most folks do is use Beautiful Widgets or Fancy Widgets to get the same look at feel as the Sense clock. Lot of options out there.
Quick question: Is there ANY possible way to get Sense widgets on non-Sense ROMS for the evo. For example the flip clock or the nice weather widgets? I already know the beautiful widgets and fancy widgets, but I want to know if there is a way to use the HTC EVO to get those widgets on my EVO running CM7.
No. The widgets are dependent on Sense (more specifically, the Sense launcher).
I would like to get the HTC sense clock with stopwatch/timer and so on to work with MIUI. From what I've read other places this is probably the WorldClock.apk from the sense rom's. Is there any way to install this?
If you want the HTC Sense like clock you would probally want to download "Fancy Widget" and download the theme for it named "H7C Clock" I think. Though it doesnt have the same shortcuts, you can edit the setting to make the clock launch applications by touching a certain part if the clock. Hope i helped
Been running MIUI for a few months and like it very much. Want to know if there is some way to port the new HTC weather and clock apks (plus widgets over) to MIUI? I know you can get Fancy Widgets to mimic the clock widget but I'm looking for the complete app + widgets.

Sense apps + widgets are exclusive to Sense ROMs.
Except the flashlight.

AOKP (and I think other roms as well) allows to use the lockscreen clock as a regular widget on your homescreen.
Other than that you could try Beautiful Widgets and find an ICS skin for the clock (there are plenty in their gallery).

Only problem I had with that one is it doesn't size properly with Nova in 5x5. Good choice otherwise.
